Mechanical Engineer // Solid and Liquid Waste

We are looking for a motivated Asset Management Engineer to join our Assets &amp; New Technologies team, managing a diverse portfolio of renewable energy projects and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). The role focuses on ensuring optimal performance, compliance, and value throughout the asset lifecycle.Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Conduct daily performance monitoring by tracking KPIs for PV, wind, and BESS assets via SCADA and reporting tools.</li><li>Maintain daily communication with O&amp;M providers and technical teams to ensure operational continuity.</li><li>Handle contract management. We are looking for a highly skilled ESG Manager for PPP and Concession Projects to join our team.The Scope of the position:The ESG Manager will lead the development, implementation, and oversight of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategies across PPP and Concession projects throughout their full lifecycle—including the bidding, construction, and operational phases. Surveyor Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled Chief Accountant to join our team.Duties and responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department ensuring efficiency and compliance with accounting and tax regulations, as well as internal policies</li><li>Lead the month-end and year-end closing process of the subsidiaries in accordance with local and international accounting standards.</li><li>Ensure compliance with tax regulations, overseeing the preparation and submission of VAT, payroll tax, income tax, transfer pricing files and other tax returns.</li><li>Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures while facilitating collaboration between the accounting department and other business units.</li><li>Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including tax authorities, auditors, and financial advisors.</li><li>Conduct and oversee the annual tax audit, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.</li><li>Align the subsidiary financial reporting with Group accounting policies and oversee statutory audits conducted at subsidiary level.</li><li>Collaboration with the Financial Controller on monthly reporting.</li><li>Prepare ad hoc external and internal reports according to top management requirements.</li><li>Supervise a team of accountants.</li></ul>Job Qualifications and Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the Construction/Real Estate/ Facility Management/Public-Private Partnership/Energy Sector.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree or ACCA certification will be considered a plus.</li><li>Qualified accountant with A Class signatory rights.</li><li>Strong knowledge of IFRS and local accounting standards.</li><li>Excellent working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and hands-on experience with ERP systems/ SAP (FI-CO).</li><li>Analytical and problem-solving skills with results-oriented approach.</li><li>Strong communication and leadership abilities to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.</li><li>Excellent business writing and verbal communication in both Greek and English</li><li>Capability to work independently.</li></ul>The Company offers:<ul><li>A competitive compensation package</li><li>Private medical insurance</li><li>Engaging and challenging tasks within large-scale projects</li><li>Opportunities for continuous learning and professional growth</li><li>A positive and collaborative working environment</li><li>Committed to providing a healthy and safe workplace for all team members</li></ul>We are working together, committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment for all!Social Impact footprint:<ul><li>We contribute to Greece's green transition!</li><li>We support Greek suppliers!</li><li>We achieve near-total recycling.
