Job’s purposeJoin our dynamic and innovative team! As the Product Owner you will play a pivotal role in managing demand in areas like Retail Finance, Order &amp; Inventory Management, as well as Forecast and Replenishment.What you will focus on<ul><li>Support in the development and communication of a clear product vision.</li><li>Facilitate planning, optimization and execution of various processes related to core retail.</li><li>Collaborate closely with business counterparts, SAP experts and their Managers, in order to gather requirements and prioritize them in a way to support that the product roadmap addresses company’s demands.</li><li>Translate Business Requirements to User Stories and Functional Requirements</li><li>Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring it contains well-defined user stories, features, and technical tasks related to the core retail domain.</li><li>Work closely with cross-functional IT teams, including SAP specialists, and business analysts, to facilitate the successful delivery of product features.</li><li>Identify areas for continuous improvement within SAP Retail as well as other systems in the respective domain.</li><li>Analyze preferences and requests of end users.</li><li>Follow applicable Standards, Procedures, Guidelines and Methodologies in the implementation and/or maintenance of the SAP ECC6 platform</li></ul>What we are looking for<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. Master’s degree would be considered a plus</li><li>2+ years of relevant IT experience in the retail industry would be considered an asset</li><li>Very good working knowledge of SAP business processes associated with core Retail and Forecast &amp; Replenishment. IT Core Retail & Forecast and Replenishment Product Owner

&nbsp;We are searching to hire a&nbsp;Water Cycle Specialist to prepare tenders proposals, including technical and financial aspects, by developing technical solutions and communicating with relevant vendors/ third parties for technical analysis and equipment required. Also the role will manage third parties for technical input required and reviews the relevant analysis<h2>During your day you will:</h2><ul><li>Prepare the technical chapter of the tender submission by understanding project’s specifications, equipment and relevant risks, compiling the technical aspects of the proposal and collaborating with Thalis’ teams to develop a competitive bid</li><li>Manage Third Parties (Technical Consultants, Technology Providers, Subcontractors) and reviews and evaluates technical input produced by them, analyzes and validates calculations, technical specifications for Water Cycle processes</li><li>Formulate tender’s budget by taking into consideration project’s cost objects, profitability required etc. &nbsp;</li><li>Design Mechanical and Biological Processes and models for Water Cycle Management Projects (Hydraulic projects for water supply, irrigation, sewerage, water and wastewater treatment plants etc.)</li><li>Communicate with Third Parties (Vendors, Technical Consultants, Technology Providers, Subcontractors)</li><li>Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, equipment and regulations in the energy sector and specifically in the water cycle industry</li><li>Contribute to the preparation of appeals and questions for the open tenders</li><li>Evaluate and monitor of Water Cycle management projects during construction through site visits</li></ul><h2>What you need to stand out:</h2><ul><li>BSc degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Chemical Engineering</li><li>MSc degree in Engineering (relevant fields water cycle) will be considered an asset</li><li>Minimum 5 years previous experience in a similar role in water cycle management</li><li>Experience in engineering consulting offices will be considered an asset</li><li>Water cycle projects (water supply, sewerage, irrigation)</li><li>Water and waste water treatment projects</li><li>Process modeling and simulation for Water cycle, Mechanical projects</li><li>Excellent Knowledge on 2D and (3D Design non compulsory – preferably)</li><li>Very good command of the English language, written and verbal</li><li>Good knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite</li><li>Organizational and time management skills</li><li>Attention to detail</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;Our Compass is the #ACTION#A_uthenticity#C_ompassion#T_eamwork#I_ntegrity#O_wnership#N_ever giving up&nbsp;&nbsp;What gives us energy:<ul><li>Friendly and fast paced environment, being always at the heart of the #action</li><li>Continuous learning to empower our teams</li><li>Career Development opportunities across the Motor Oil Group</li><li>Competitive compensation package</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;*We @Motor Oil Group are an equal opportunity employer.Our hiring decisions are based solely on qualifications, merit, and business needs.
