A demonstrated ability to quickly understand complex processes and contribute effectively to team and organizational objectives is essential.&nbsp;Key Areas of Responsibility<ul><li>Participate in risk-based audits in business processes in order to assess the internal control system</li><li>Assess the effectiveness and efficiency of processes.</li><li>Review, evaluate the design and test the operational effectiveness of internal controls in place.</li><li>Prepare audit reports that are clear, accurate and provide an independent evaluation on related risks and controls.</li><li>Participate in audit recommendations’ implementation follow-up process</li><li>Stay abreast of new audit developments and applies international practices and standards (IIA etc.).</li></ul>&nbsp;What you need to have<ul><li>A Bachelor’s degree preferably in accounting, finance, economics, business administration or in other related field of study</li><li>5-7 years of professional experience in external audits or internal audits on operational risk or compliance areas in banking sector</li><li>Professional qualification (e.g. CIA, CISA, ACCA, FRM, CFA or equivalent) will be considered an asset</li><li>Outstanding communication, report writing and presentation skills</li><li>Strong organisational skills</li><li>Excellent use of MS Office</li><li>Excellent command of the English language (both written and spoken)</li><li>Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team</li></ul>What we offerIt’s all about our people.
