Your purpose As a Treasury Specialist you will be a key member of the Treasury Payments team, providing analysis, reports, compliance control of payment processes, and contributing to the daily operation of the Payments department.The role requires precision, analytical thinking, responsibility, a solid understanding of financial procedures and payment flows via SAP, as well as the ability to collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth functioning of the Treasury.What you will focus on&nbsp;<ul><li>Monitoring, control, and analytical processing of payments via SAP</li><li>Creation of daily, weekly, and monthly payment reports (actuals vs forecast)</li><li>Extraction and analysis of payment data by supplier category, account group</li><li>Support in cash flow forecasting and payment reconciliation</li><li>Compliance check of payments with approval workflow policies and credit limits</li><li>Ensuring accurate configuration (IBAN, BIC, Payment Terms, Supplier Master Data)</li><li>Support in internal and external audits with appropriate reports and documentation</li><li>Support in month-end closing procedures</li><li>Participation in SAP payment process optimization and automation projects</li></ul>What you have<ul><li>Degree in Economics, Accounting, or Finance.</li><li>5–7 years of experience in Treasury, Accounts Payable, or Financial Analysis.</li><li>Previous experience with SAP FI/Payments module is considered essential.</li><li>MS office literacy</li><li>Fluency in English language, both written and spoken</li></ul>What you bring<ul><li>Analytical thinking | accuracy, and responsibility</li><li>Results orientation | accountability, resourcefulness, motivated for continuous learning</li><li>Authentic Communication | deliver messages in a clear, compelling, and concise manner, listen actively</li><li>Team player | value team’s ideas, uniqueness and safeguard belonging, ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.</li></ul>We care for You&nbsp;<ul><li>Hybrid way of working</li><li>Free lunchbreak in our restaurant, free parking &nbsp;</li><li>Lifelong learning &amp; development</li><li>Wellbeing Program&nbsp;</li></ul> A place where everyone belongs&nbsp; We strive to be a better place to work where our people reflect the markets we serve, where their voices are heard and valued, they find purpose in their work, and can grow and contribute to their fullest.
