We’re looking for a Senior Internal Auditor to join our Corporate Audit team. In this role, you will conduct internal audit and advisory assignments across all countries of Coca-Cola HBC and ensure their successful completion, from start to finish – including planning, reporting, and wrap-up activities. Additionally, you will direct daily activities of the internal audit team and lead the presentation of audit findings and reports to the management.&nbsp; On top of that, you will plan and perform high-quality financial and operational reviews, prepare formal reports, suggest actionable recommendations, and align with the management on all identified observations.&nbsp;&nbsp;IN THIS EXCITING ROLE YOU WILL:•	Collaborate in the process of planning and delivering financial and operational cycle reviews using a risk-based approach.•	Use data analysis to enable data-driven decision within the audit process.&nbsp;•	Prepare high-quality audit workpapers.&nbsp;•	Propose pragmatic solutions for identified issues that add value to the company.&nbsp;•	Present audit findings to the management.•	Ensure compliance with Group policies, local regulation, the Internal Control Framework, and Group best practices.&nbsp;•	Act as a constructive member of a team, sharing experience and knowledge in a structured and timely fashion, communicating issues and learnings to team members.&nbsp;•	Develop and maintain strong business relationships with the BUs and Group management.&nbsp;&nbsp;YOU CAN BE SUCCESFULL IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE:•	Minimum 5 years of operational/finance or audit experience.&nbsp;•	FMGC environment experience is highly desirable.&nbsp;•	A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.&nbsp;•	A professional certification (i.e. CIA, ACA, ACCA, CPA, CA, CISA, or equivalent) is a must.&nbsp;•	Proficiency in English (written, spoken).&nbsp;•	Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.&nbsp;•	Ability to identify issues and recommend solutions that add value to the business.&nbsp;•	Effective time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.&nbsp;•	Ability to work independently while leading a team.&nbsp;•	Sound knowledge of accounting and finance.
