We’re looking for a Senior Internal Auditor to join our Corporate Audit team. In this role, you will conduct internal audit and advisory assignments across all countries of Coca-Cola HBC and ensure their successful completion, from start to finish – including planning, reporting, and wrap-up activities. Additionally, you will direct daily activities of the internal audit team and lead the presentation of audit findings and reports to the management.&nbsp; On top of that, you will plan and perform high-quality financial and operational reviews, prepare formal reports, suggest actionable recommendations, and align with the management on all identified observations.&nbsp;&nbsp;IN THIS EXCITING ROLE YOU WILL:•	Collaborate in the process of planning and delivering financial and operational cycle reviews using a risk-based approach.•	Use data analysis to enable data-driven decision within the audit process.&nbsp;•	Prepare high-quality audit workpapers.&nbsp;•	Propose pragmatic solutions for identified issues that add value to the company.&nbsp;•	Present audit findings to the management.•	Ensure compliance with Group policies, local regulation, the Internal Control Framework, and Group best practices.&nbsp;•	Act as a constructive member of a team, sharing experience and knowledge in a structured and timely fashion, communicating issues and learnings to team members.&nbsp;•	Develop and maintain strong business relationships with the BUs and Group management.&nbsp;&nbsp;YOU CAN BE SUCCESFULL IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE:•	Minimum 5 years of operational/finance or audit experience.&nbsp;•	FMGC environment experience is highly desirable.&nbsp;•	A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.&nbsp;•	A professional certification (i.e. CIA, ACA, ACCA, CPA, CA, CISA, or equivalent) is a must.&nbsp;•	Proficiency in English (written, spoken).&nbsp;•	Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.&nbsp;•	Ability to identify issues and recommend solutions that add value to the business.&nbsp;•	Effective time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.&nbsp;•	Ability to work independently while leading a team.&nbsp;•	Sound knowledge of accounting and finance.

Senior Internal Auditor

The key responsibilities of this role will include:<ul><li>• Supporting clients in the application and interpretation of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), including assistance with transition to IFRS from other frameworks • Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting financial data using advanced tools and data visualization techniques • Evaluating clients’ financial statements to assess financial performance, cash flows, and forecasts • Designing and implementing effective financial controlling frameworks, including FP&amp;A, budgeting, and cost accounting • Supporting finance transformation projects, focusing on process improvement and end-to-end optimization • Preparing and analyzing both historical and projected financial information for internal and external use • Conducting industry and economic research to support client decision-making • Developing complex financial models and conducting valuation analyses using various methodologies • Creating compelling client-facing presentations and marketing materials • Working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams, while actively learning from and supporting colleagues • Managing your deliverables efficiently and aligning with project timelines to ensure exceptional client service</li></ul><ul><li></li></ul>To be successful at this role you need the following (hard and soft skills):<ul><li>Solid understanding of IFRS standards, with hands-on experience in IFRS implementation or transition projects • 2–3 years of relevant professional experience in Audit, Financial Reporting, Accounting, or similar fields • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline • Enrollment in or completion of ACCA, ACA, IESOEL, or METKEL programs is highly desirable • Familiarity with finance systems (ERPs, BI tools) is considered an asset • A proven track record of working with multiple clients and delivering high-quality outputs • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret complex financial data • Experience working in teams of qualified professionals in a dynamic and fast-paced environment</li><li>Effective communication and rapport building skills</li><li>Ability to deliver work of highest quality, documented in accordance with our company’s standards</li><li>A customer centric approach to finance and business operations</li><li>An extremely high work ethic</li><li>Motivation for career progression and development</li><li>Ability to gather and correlate correct date</li><li>Experience in a multinational company or public accounting firm</li></ul><ul><li></li></ul>What’s in it for You?At Grant Thornton Greece, we believe that great work deserves great rewards! Financial Accountant
