<h2>Job Description</h2>Ever wondered what it feels like to be an&nbsp;IT Service Desk Agent (German Speaking) in Netcompany-Intrasoft?Joining us as an&nbsp;&nbsp;IT Service Desk Agent, you will be a part of a vibrant team who support of mission-critical applications.&nbsp;As an&nbsp;IT Service Desk Agent you will:<ul><li>Manage the full lifecycle of an incident received from customer in Issue tracking software (JIRA)</li><li>Investigate, analyse and resolve an incident or service request&nbsp;</li><li>Hand over the incident to internal teams&nbsp;</li><li>Prepare documentation when needed&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain standard system configurations&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders&nbsp;</li></ul><h2>Qualifications</h2>What would make you a fit for the role:<ul><li>Computer Science, Software Engineering or relevant IT field&nbsp;</li><li>Understanding of markup languages (xml,xsd)&nbsp;</li><li>Strong communication verbal &amp; written skills.
