We work together to shape the future of energy and we focuson developing and empowering our people, cultivating their talents that will shape our futurejourney towards the energy transition.<h2>Starting with the role:</h2>Currently we are searching for a Facilities Operations &amp; Maintenance Supervisor to oversee facilities operations and handle real estate operational matters to ensure functionality, compliance, and business continuity across all buildings.<h2>During your day you will:</h2><ul><li>Oversee all facilities-related service contracts (maintenance, cleaning, sanitation, and hygiene supplies), ensuring they fully support the operational needs of all buildings in scope and are executed to the required standards/ QHSSE</li><li>Implement and monitor preventive maintenance and cleaning schedules, while managing team responses to both scheduled tasks and emergency maintenance calls to ensure optimal functionality, appearance and business continuity</li><li>Ensure all facilities-related assets and equipment are properly tracked, maintained, and documented, supporting inventory accuracy and lifecycle management in alignment with operational requirements</li><li>Manage the facilities e-ticketing system, tracking incoming requests (maintenance, cleaning, furniture), prioritizing issues, allocating tasks to internal teams or vendors, and ensuring timely resolution</li><li>Act as the main liaison for all facility focal points, directly managing building managers and maintaining effective communication between internal stakeholders and external service providers</li><li>Handle all real estate operational aspects, including lease agreements, rent payments, landlord communications, and property-related issue resolution, ensuring compliance and alignment with company standards</li></ul><h2>What you need to stand out:</h2><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Electrical ,Mechanical Engineering or other related field</li><li>At least 5 years of experience in Facilities Management</li><li>Master’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business or other related field will be considered as a plus</li><li>Excellent command of the Greek and English language (oral and written)</li><li>Strong knowledge in AutoCAD</li><li>Proficient use of MS Office tools</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;Our Compass is the #ACTION#A_uthenticity#C_ompassion#T_eamwork#I_ntegrity#O_wnership#N_ever giving up&nbsp;&nbsp;What gives us energy:<ul><li>Friendly and fast paced environment, being always at the heart of the #action</li><li>Continuous learning to empower our teams</li><li>Career Development opportunities across the Motor Oil Group</li><li>Competitive compensation package</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;*We @Motor Oil Group are an equal opportunity employer.Our hiring decisions are based solely on qualifications, merit, and business needs.
