Electra Hotels &amp; Resorts,is actively looking to recruit a&nbsp;Revenue Executive (Fixed Term Contract)&nbsp;(Position Ref.: REVEXFT)This position will be reporting to the Revenue Manager.Main&nbsp;Responsibilities:<ul><li>Be the owner of new Channel Connections (Room and Rate Plan Mapping, Accurate Availability distribution) on the Channel Manager</li><li>Support inventory management and pricing through all channels on a daily basis</li><li>Assist the DORM with essential administrative duties and fulfill reporting and analysis tasks</li><li>Closely monitor competitive pricing and understand the impact of pricing decisions on property performance; perform competitor checks and report as appropriate</li><li>Support the DORM in the effective implementation of Standards, Policies &amp; Procedures (Rate Plans, Rate Categories, Market Segmentation, Profiles, and all other PMS and Channel Manager RM-related functionalities)</li><li>Action rate solicitations as directed and maintain rate plans</li><li>Ensure the hotel is compliant with Best Rate Guarantee standards</li><li>Assist the DORM with balancing all figures between the PMS and Channel Manager, ensuring accurate data entry</li><li>Support the execution of the selling strategy through the Channel Manager and all available channels</li></ul>&nbsp;Skills, Experience &amp; Educational Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum of 2 years of experience in Revenue Management or a similar analytical role within the hospitality or service industry</li><li>A University Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or other related fields will be considered an asset</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word</li><li>Familiarity with hotel systems and Property Management Systems (PMS), especially Opera</li><li>Prior experience with WebHotelier and/or PrimalRES will be considered an asset</li><li>Minimum of 2 years of experience with Channel Connectivity for Central Reservation Systems (CRS) is required</li><li>Fluency in both Greek and English (written and spoken)</li><li>Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset</li><li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively influence stakeholders at all levels</li><li>Proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented</li><li>Able to perform well under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently</li><li>Exceptional presentation and communication skills</li><li>High level of integrity and a team-oriented approach</li></ul>&nbsp;Electra Hotels &amp; Resorts offers:<ul><li>A competitive remuneration package</li><li>Rapid career advancement opportunities within one of Greece’s most prestigious hotel groups</li><li>Continuous learning and professional development</li><li>A dynamic, team-focused working environment, committed to sustainable growth and the creation of premium, innovative hospitality initiatives</li></ul>If you are interested in becoming a part of Electra Hotels &amp; Resorts, please send your CV quoting the reference code&nbsp;REVEXFT&nbsp;All applications will be treated with strict confidentiality.Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
