To join our HR Team, reporting to&nbsp;Talent Acquisition &amp; Development&nbsp;Manager.The role:Talent Acquisition Specialist&nbsp;will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates. This role requires a proactive approach to sourcing and attracting top talent, as well as a collaborative mindset to work closely with hiring managers.How you will contribute:<ul><li>Manage the recruitment and selection process for both industrial and administrative&nbsp;job openings</li><li>Facilitate the hiring process and Implement sourcing strategies tailored to different job specifications and needs (such as seniority, location etc.).</li><li>Collaborate&nbsp;with hiring managers to determine staffing needs, job specifications&nbsp;and requirements for each position</li><li>Generate and manage recruitment reports to track key metrics and provide insights</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data&nbsp;applicant tracking system</li><li>Represent the organization at job fairs and recruiting events.</li></ul>What you will bring:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in HR or related field</li><li>Master’s degree will be considered as an asset</li><li>Max 2 - 3&nbsp;years' experience in a similar role, preferably in Industrial environment</li><li>Self-motivated, with high ethical standards, attention to detail and exceptional internal customer service orientation</li><li>Ability to prioritize and coordinate with a great degree of flexibility</li><li>Excellent command of English language</li><li>Ability to meet timelines of business needs and constraints.</li></ul>
