Leverage analytics to drive insightful decision-making.</li><li>Proactively identify business hypotheses and opportunities through standalone analysis and initiative.</li><li>Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to monitor performance metrics in real time.</li><li>Identify performance trends, inefficiencies, or deviations from targets — and present actionable insights to stakeholders.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine KPI structures based on evolving business needs.</li><li>Support quarterly and monthly business reviews with accurate, data-backed reporting.</li><li>Ensure data accuracy and consistency, and help improve data flows and reporting automation.</li><li>Maintain an understanding of market trends and industry developments to enhance analytical relevance.</li></ul> What you need to be successful <ul><li>BSc in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering or a highly analytical&nbsp; related field.</li><li>3+ years of experience in an analytical role focused on performance monitoring, insights generation, data science or business intelligence.</li><li>Experience using SQL, Looker, Python (or similar BI tools) to acquire, manipulate and present create data visualizations and reports.</li><li>Demonstrated experience conducting end-to-end analytical projects. Proven experience in geospatial data analysis. Data fluency and ability to connect the dots.</li><li>Excellent data visualization skills, adept at simplifying complex information for diverse audiences.</li><li>Strong understanding of data querying &amp; joining, statistical modelling and predictive analytics techniques &amp; basic statistical concepts (e.g., distributions, variance, correlation).</li><li>Outstanding communication skills with the ability to engage and influence at multiple levels.</li><li>Fluency in English and strong communication skills — both written and verbal.</li></ul>

Senior Business Insights Analyst

We’re looking for a&nbsp;Retail Stores Consultant&nbsp;to support and grow our expanding network of&nbsp;KCS. If you have experience in retail operations, enjoy being out in the field, and know how to turn strategy into execution, this role is for you! &nbsp;What you’ll be doing:<ul><li>Manage and support a portfolio of franchise convenience stores, ensuring high performance and trust-based relationships.</li><li>Monitor key business KPIs (sales, profitability, compliance) and help stores reach their targets.</li><li>Ensure proper implementation of store operations, commercial agreements, merchandising standards, and staff training.</li><li>Oversee the setup and opening of new stores (equipment, technical support, layout execution).</li><li>Provide structured feedback to store partners and contribute to identifying new store opportunities (leads generation).</li></ul> What you need to be successful <ul><li>Previous experience in a Retail or Area Manager role (preferably in franchise networks or FMCG).</li><li>Strong organizational and communication skills, with a hands-on attitude.</li><li>Understanding of key retail KPIs and the ability to analyze store performance.</li><li>Flexibility to travel frequently and visit stores.</li><li>Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.</li></ul>
