The Groups &amp; Events Coordinator should provide administrative support to the Sales Team, dealing all matters in a professional, efficient and timely manner to maximize team revenues and promote quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Communicate &amp; liaise with customers and e-mail.</li><li>Handle all incoming inquiries from clients via phone, email and other communication channels, ensuring prompt and professional responses</li><li>Confirm bookings, manage cancellations and process modifications to reservations</li><li>Conduct site inspection of the hotel</li><li>Maintain client contact database in Delphi</li><li>Administrative support to Groups &amp; Events team</li><li>Input Rooming lists in Opera PMS, monitor daily changes and final group pick up</li><li>Work closely with other hotel departments to facilitate services agreed upon by the sales office and prospective clients.&nbsp; Disseminate sales-related information to other departments as appropriate.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Degree in Hotel Management/Tourism and /or Business Administration</li><li>1 year of experience, ideally gained in reservations or catering sales team of a 5* Hotel</li><li>Languages: Fluent in both Greek and English (written &amp; spoken)</li><li>Fully computer literate and especially&nbsp; with&nbsp; Outlook, Word, Excel &amp; Sales and Catering Programs (Opera, Delphi)</li><li>Communication and presentation skills with the ability to build strong long-term client relationships</li><li>Customer Service: Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with a passion for providing an exceptional guest experience</li><li>Problem-Solving: Ability to handle guest enquiries, concerns and issues with a calm and professional approach</li><li>Good organizational skills</li><li>Team player and results orientated</li></ul>
