Recruitment:<ul><li>Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across all hotels and corporate functions.</li><li>Partner with department heads to assess workforce needs and hiring priorities.</li><li>Design and post compelling job advertisements that align with brand identity and tone.</li><li>Conduct resume screenings, interviews and facilitate final candidate selection with hiring managers.</li><li>Plan and coordinate interview stages, including screening calls and in-person meetings.</li><li>Maintain an outstanding candidate experience throughout the process.</li><li>Design job descriptions and interview questions tailored to each role’s requirements.</li></ul>&nbsp;Sourcing &amp; Talent Pipeline:<ul><li>Proactively source candidates via job boards, social media, hospitality networks, referrals and recruitment events.</li><li>Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for immediate and future openings.</li><li>Organize and attend job fairs, career events and university/college internship programs.</li><li>Monitor and update applicant data and candidate profiles in the Applicant Tracking System.</li></ul>&nbsp;Reporting &amp; Forecasting:<ul><li>Maintain and analyze recruitment metrics and dashboards to provide insights to HR leadership.</li><li>Forecast annual hiring needs by department in collaboration with management.</li></ul>&nbsp;HR Support &amp; Collaboration:<ul><li>Oversee and support the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition for new hires.</li><li>Assist in other HR activities, including training coordination, employee engagement, and general HR administration.</li><li>Ensure full compliance with local labor laws (Ergani) and internal hiring standards.</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Minimum of two (2) years of relevant professional experience in talent acquisition or HR Generalist roles, preferably in the hospitality sector.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, a Master’s degree in HR will be considered as an asset.</li><li>Proficiency in ATS platforms such as Smart CV/Worklife Recruit and MS Office.</li><li>Excellent writing and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.</li><li>Strong understanding of organizational roles and respective requirements.</li><li>Hands-on mentality with a proactive, “can-do” attitude.&nbsp;</li><li>Exceptional time-management skills, flexibility and attention to detail.</li></ul>&nbsp;The company offers:&nbsp;<ul><li>Indefinite contract</li><li>Competitive Salary</li><li>Career development opportunities</li><li>Excellent working environment</li></ul>
