The Operational Risk Management Lead will support the Head of Operational Risk in delivering a resilient and forward-looking change risk management capability for the organisation. This role has day-to-day ownership of Change Governance and Change Risk Management. You will ensure risks associated with business change, transformation initiatives, technology programs, and market expansions are properly identified, assessed, and controlled before implementation.The role also contributes to policy and framework ownership, risk reporting, and the application of AI and advanced analytics to improve oversight, predictive insight, and efficiency in managing change-related risks. Responsibilities<ul><li>Implement, maintain, and continuously improve the Change Risk Management Framework (CRMF) in line with the Head of Operational Risk’s strategic direction.</li><li>Conduct risk assessments for material change initiatives, including new product launches, technology upgrades, market entries, and process redesigns.</li><li>Partner with teams throughout the organisation to identify risks early and embed robust controls.</li><li>Monitor and track risk mitigation actions for high-impact change programs.</li><li>Establish and maintain governance processes for risk oversight of major transformation initiatives.</li><li>Ensure change programs align with regulatory expectations, internal standards, and operational risk appetite.</li><li>Serve as the risk representative on change steering committees and working groups, challenging risk decisions and assumptions where appropriate.</li><li>Prepare change risk dashboards and reporting for senior management and governance committees.</li><li>Track and monitor trends across transformation programs to highlight emerging risks and recurring themes.</li><li>Leverage AI and analytics to predict potential points of failure, assess program dependencies, and improve real-time oversight of large-scale change initiatives.</li><li>Stay current on regulatory requirements and industry best practices relating to change governance, outsourcing, operational resilience, and risk controls.</li><li>Ensure change governance processes are compliant, well-documented, and auditable.</li><li>Act as a champion for change risk awareness across the organisation.</li><li>Deliver training, playbooks, and workshops to help stakeholders understand their responsibilities in managing change risk.</li><li>Promote a culture of early risk identification and challenge in all transformation programs.</li></ul> Qualifications<ul><li>A minimum of 10 years of experience in operational risk, including change risk accountabilities, within financial services, payments, Payroll tech, or FinTech.</li><li>Strong track record in assessing, challenging, and overseeing risk in change initiatives (technology, product, and/or market expansion).</li><li>Experience with governance forums and regulatory oversight of transformation programs.</li><li>Familiarity with global regulatory frameworks for operational resilience and change governance.</li><li>Proficiency with GRC tools, project risk tracking platforms, and risk analytics.</li><li>Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.</li><li>Degree in Risk Management, Business, Finance, or related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CRISC, PMP-Risk, CORM) an advantage.</li></ul>Total RewardsOur workforce deserves fair and competitive pay that meets them where they are. Operational Risk Management Lead

We are looking for a Product Specialist to join our Product team and act as a subject matter expert for our key product areas, including our Consent Platform. You will bridge the gap between business requirements, regulatory needs, and technical implementation, ensuring our products deliver value while remaining compliant.This role combines product expertise, stakeholder management, and hands-on execution to support product development, rollout, and ongoing optimization.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Platform/Product Ownership: Manage and optimize initially our Consent Platform (e.g., cookies, SDKs, privacy preferences), ensuring compliance with global regulations (GDPR, CCPA, ePrivacy, etc.). As a Treasury Risk Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the company’s treasury and finance functions by helping identify, monitor, and manage financial risks related to liquidity, interest rates, and foreign exchange.
