Your role as a Secretary will focus on providing effective administrative and secretarial support to our divisions by handling written correspondences and reports, e-mail and calendar management, filing management and organization of meetings. The position holder will handle sensitive information and content with confidentiality and discretion, will create high-quality PowerPoint presentations. As a&nbsp;Management Assistant&nbsp;you will play a key role in the daily organization and business support to your dedicated Partners/Senior Directors. As an Assistant you are the first point of contact for our clients, our colleagues and our suppliers.
