Legal Counsel, FinTech

The Compensation Analyst will play a key role in supporting our global compensation strategy and programs, specifically for the Sales organization. This role is designed for someone eager to expand their knowledge of compensation programs on a global scale operating in over 100 countries. The Product Analytics team, part of the larger Data Team, comprises 25 members spanning 11 countries. We support over 100 product teams and, in 2024, guided the launch of 1,000 product releases.This role is within the newly created Product Data Hub sub-team, part of the Contracts Data Unit (7 people). Senior Data Analyst, Strategic Marketing

With our momentum—backed by a $12 billion valuation and $800&nbsp;million in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) in just over five years—you'll drive meaningful impact while building expertise that makes you a sought-after leader in the transformation of global work.Responsibilities<ul><li>Collaborate closely with Ops teams (core business, fintech, employee experience, customer support) cross-functional partners to find opportunities to increase operational efficiency and scale our business effectively</li><li>Take full ownership of data initiatives, working autonomously without supervision.</li><li>Build and maintain data pipelines, ensuring data integrity and reliability.</li><li>Manage stakeholder relationships, including senior leadership and C-level executives, effectively communicating insights and recommendations.</li><li>Create and promote effective self-service analytics infrastructure for your areas</li><li>Develop user-friendly dashboards and high-quality data visualizations that drive actions and support decision making</li><li>Work in tandem with Analytics Engineers, sharing requirements for DBT models, in order to create the cleanest data structures and KPIs for your product areas</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>5+ years’ experience in data analytics team</li><li>Fluent in SQL, experience building and maintaining data models in dbt or similar tooling</li><li>Strong ability to work independently, take ownership of projects, and drive initiatives from start to finish.</li><li>Excellent multitasking and problem-solving abilities</li><li>Effective communication skills and experience dealing with stakeholders of varying seniority</li><li>You are naturally curious and enjoy challenging the status quo</li></ul>We’d especially love to speak with you if:<ul><li>You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable working autonomously.</li><li>You have a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, Economics or equivalent degree</li><li>You are driven by business impact generated from your insights</li><li>You are proactive and like to take responsibility in projects, managing requirements and collaborating with a number of different teams across the company</li><li>You know when to go deep on a task and when to execute</li></ul>
