The Advisor I, B2B Sales position interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet for the purpose of selling basic products and services. This position is responsible for processing customer orders and sales, providing/receiving information, selling client products/service, as well as providing basic customer service support.Are you passionate about closing deals and do you have a natural drive for sales? Then join our fun-loving, multicultural team of #GameChangers at Concentrix Greece and use your sales skills What you’ll be doing at Concentrix Greece:Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Proactive outreach to the assigned book of business</li><li>Identify &amp; prioritize revenue growth opportunity with ability to project &amp; forecast revenue based of seasonality and client's priority</li><li>Consultative Sales: Demonstrate a commitment to consultative sales to achieve client goals.</li><li>Portfolio Management: Responsible for managing a portfolio of medium business clients to grow their revenue and our client's revenue.</li><li>Client Needs Analysis: Prioritize outreach plans based on an understanding of clients and their needs.</li><li>Market Research: Gain a fundamental understanding of industries, market(s), and client business models to customize experiences for local advertisers.</li><li>Tailored Solutions: Identify sales opportunities and provide clients with tailored solutions to meet their objectives.</li><li>Product Optimization: Engage with clients proactively and reactively to frequently assess and optimize product performance.</li><li>Continuous Improvement: Suggest improvements for ad products and customer experiences.</li><li>Knowledge Development: Develop and maintain expert working knowledge of our advertising solutions and their impact on performance.</li></ul>Experience/Skills Required:<ul><li>Language Proficiency: Fluency in English</li><li>Digital Marketing Skills: Experience in social media and/or digital marketing will be considered an advantage.</li><li>Work Ethic: Highly motivated individuals with a strong work ethic are desired.</li><li>Sales Experience: At least 3 years overall strong sales-oriented outlook, including:</li><li>Short sales cycles</li><li>High volume proactive outreach</li><li>Immediate implementation or adoption of recommended solutions.</li><li>Delivering exceptional customer experience for a one-touch service model.</li><li>Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment, having accountability of own metrics and results.</li><li>Soft Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
