We are looking for a highly skilled Product Configuration Expert in Data Governance area with significant technical skills in SAP MDG and data governance acumen to join our team in Coca-Cola Hellenic Digital &amp; Technology Platform Services (DTPS) and be part of the Data Governance team. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the design, development and implementation of our Enterprise Data Governance strategy, delivering data governance solutions within the Company System Landscape in collaboration with business and IT teams. Candidate in this role should have hands-on knowledge in SAP MDG and/ or MDG Specific ABAP technologies with respect to MDG Business Partner/Customer /Supplier, MDG consolidation. YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:• Collaborate with CCH Product Managers and Architects across different IT (DTPS) and other cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and provide architectural guidance for MDG projects and solutions. Contribute and align on the strategy, design and implementation of the end2end Master Data Management journey to ensure proper data governance and integration within the organizational system landscape;• The person in this position will be experienced in managing and completing successful projects as a team member and demonstrates business process knowledge in data migration, governance, developments and testing. This person will be a key contributor to the projects at different phases including discovery, solution generation, design, and the detailing of the overall process;• Ability to understand business requirements and convert into clearly documented technical requirements to build solutions, following the agreed guidelines, standards and rules;• Develop and maintain documentation for data solutions, including data models, data flows, and technical specifications;• Ability to work across multiple teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Including ability to research and apply OSS notes if required ;• Stay up to date with the latest data governance tools, and best practices, and provide recommendations for their adoption;• Lead and guide SAP MDG/ABAP developers and data engineers (internal or from vendors), providing guidance and support in Master Data Governance principles and techniques, ensuring development as per CCH standards and guidelines;• Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement continuous integration and delivery pipelines for Master Data Governance solutions to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across the company system landscape ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?• Deep hands-on experience to apply configuration of SAP Master Data objects in SAP MDG &amp; S/4, configuration of rule-based workflows in SAP MDG, Governance models and BRF+; configuration of mass maintenance solutions in SAP MDG;• Ability to follow-up and support SAP Development work and system integrations with other SAP and non-SAP systems;• Write BPD, FDD,TSD’s for the implemented solutions;• Functional Consultant experience within SAP S/4, MDG, Fiori, ABAP, Workflow, BRF+, SOA services, BADI’s, mass maintenance solutions;• Experience in MDG Consolidation process. Experience with data validation services via MDQ is advantage;• Experience working with functional areas like SAP CRM, SD, PTP from the master data standpoint;• Experience in Defining Replication model (inbound/outbound) &amp; BADI usage for SOA services and SOA manger Configurations.• Configure and Extend MDG workflows to automate data validation, derivations, approvals, and Change management processes• Experience / Knowledge in Cutover activities / E2E integration testing.• Experience in Configuration, debugging, and testing of the MDG application and understand how to troubleshoot data discrepancies.• Strong understanding of SAP modules and integration with other systems.• Experience with SAP MD object tables, data migrations and data quality validations;• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience);• 3+ years of experience with key SAP S/4 master data objects, master data and data quality management;• Understanding of Agile methodology and SAFe Agile is appreciated;• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders and vendors;• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to present analytics findings to various business teams.• SAP MDG certification, such as "SAP Certified Associate - SAP Master Data Governance", is a plus. YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:• Design and Implement Secure Cloud Infrastructure: Develop and enforce security architectures and practices across our cloud environments on Azure• Identity and Access Management (IAM): Create and manage roles, permissions, and policies to ensure least privilege access.• Data Protection: Implement encryption mechanisms for data at rest, in transit, and in use, and manage encryption keys securely.• Threat Modeling: Analyze potential threats and vulnerabilities in cloud systems, and design countermeasures to mitigate risks.• Security Automation: Automate security tasks using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and other tools to improve response times and reduce human error.• Compliance Management: Ensure cloud environments adhere to industry security best practices (e.g. CIS, CAF)• Risk Assessment: Continuously assess risks associated with cloud services and applications, and implement risk mitigation strategies.• Collaboration and Training: Work closely with development, operations, and business teams to foster a culture of security awareness and best practices.• Security Documentation: Create and maintain security policies, procedures, and architecture diagrams.• Troubleshooting and Problem Solving: Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex security issues, applying effective problem-solving strategies to ensure minimal downtime and risk.• Reporting: Prepare reports for stakeholders, highlighting security posture, and compliance status on Microsoft Defender for Cloud. ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Information Security.• 3+ years of experience in cloud security, with hands-on experience in Azure.• Strong knowledge of cloud security principles, IAM, encryption, and network security.• Experience with security tools: Cloud-native security tools Azure Security Center/Defender for Cloud.• Experience with automation tools for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) such as ARM templates, Terraform, or Ansible within Azure.• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.• Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
