Ensure the smooth and accurate settlement, billing, and dispute management processes while maintaining compliance with internal and external regulations. We work closely with key functions such as Logistics, Finance, and Customer Service to improve operational performance and drive continuous improvements.Joining us as a Route Settlement Associate, you will:<ul><li>Verify that all relevant documents are received from the appropriate sources.</li><li>Ensure all documents received are processed the same day.</li><li>Extract movements from the system and provide reports to transportation companies for proper reconciliation of driver differences.</li><li>Manage disputes and claims with customers/drivers for the country under your responsibility.</li><li>Manage daily and monthly validation checks.</li><li>Ensure a high level of internal and external customer satisfaction.</li></ul>Our new team member needs to:<ul><li>Ideally, but not mandatory, hold a university or college degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a relevant field.</li><li>Be fluent in English and Italian.</li><li>Ideally, but not mandatory, have experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-moving, multinational company or Shared Services environment.</li><li>Demonstrate strong customer focus, attention to detail, and effective time management skills.</li></ul>You can be successful in this role if:<ul><li>You ensure timely and accurate processing of routes, settlements, and dispute resolutions.</li><li>You proactively identify and address discrepancies and process inefficiencies.</li><li>You maintain high customer satisfaction levels through effective communication and resolution management.</li><li>You manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.</li><li>You adapt well to a fast-paced, multinational work environment and thrive under pressure.</li></ul>How we will support you:🌟 A dedicated buddy will guide you through your onboarding journey.📊 We provide clear guidelines and tools to track your performance and career growth.🚀 You’ll have access to professional and personal development opportunities.🌍 You’ll gain international exposure while working with a diverse and passionate team.🎯 You’ll take on exciting challenges that will allow you to influence key processes and drive improvements.
