We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Technical Operations Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting and coordinating technical operations, ensuring timely and efficient project execution, and maintaining high standards of service to our customers worldwide.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Coordinate and support technical operations related to automation systems for marine and industrial applications.</li><li>Monitor project timelines and assist in the planning and execution of service tasks and installations.</li><li>Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.</li><li>Handle technical documentation, reports, and system updates.</li><li>Provide technical support and troubleshooting in collaboration with the engineering team.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company procedures and international quality standards.</li><li>Provide spares quotations for our technical team and support our service engineers with spares needed for their projects.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.</li><li>Prior experience in a technical support or operations role, preferably in the marine or industrial sector will be an asset.</li><li>Knowledge of automation systems and electrical/electronic components.</li><li>Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Excellent command of English (written and spoken).</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.</li><li>Ability to work effectively under pressure and within deadlines.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Pleasant working environment.</li><li>Competitive salary &amp; benefits package (bonus, team building activities, private health insurance training seminars, gym membership etc).</li><li>Collaborative and inclusive work culture.</li><li>Career development and growth opportunities.</li></ul> Please forward your CV and cover letter to: career@cmagreece.com
