We are looking for a Key Account Manager to join our high-caliber team, with a primary role in developing and managing clients around e-invoicing solutions.Your contribution to the success of the team:<ul><li>Develop new business and manage key accounts through long-term strategic relationships</li><li>Identify new sales opportunities and market prospects</li><li>Accurately forecast monthly and quarterly sales performance and achieve revenue targets</li><li>Participate in contract negotiations to secure favorable terms</li><li>Capture customer feedback to drive product improvements and new offerings</li><li>Maintain strong knowledge of the market, competition, and industry trends</li><li>Support commercial activities during RFI/RFP processes</li><li>Collaborate closely with Professional Services to ensure high-quality proposals and delivery</li><li>Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain a strong professional company image</li></ul>Your Qualifications &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field</li><li>Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales, preferably in the IT industry (Business Software Solutions)</li><li>Understanding of B2B sales techniques and strategies within the software industry</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English</li><li>Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with B2B clients</li><li>Strong presentation and product demonstration skills</li><li>Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on achieving targets</li><li>Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team</li></ul>Your Benefits:We are growing our team with the vision of having top performers who contribute directly to the growth of the company.
