As a Hostess, you will ensure our guests receive exceptional service by taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and maintaining excellent communication with our Kitchen and Bar staff. If you are polite, a team player, and dedicated to creating memorable experiences, we want you on board!Your main duties will be <ol><li>Prepare indoor and outdoor dining areas and set tables to perfection</li><li>Receive and process PDA orders accurately and efficiently</li><li>Provide customer service in line with company standards, including food, wine, beverage, and coffee service</li><li>Promote sales by offering thoughtful suggestions to guests</li><li>Support table cleaning, site care, and assist in other duties as assigned by the head of department</li></ol>Qualifications <ol><li>Minimum of 1 year relevant experience in hotel service</li><li>Good command of the English language; German language skills are a valuable plus</li><li>Degree in Tourism, Hotel, or Restaurant Management is an advantage</li><li>Flexible availability for shift work and adaptable working hours</li><li>Pleasant and dynamic personality with natural courtesy, a warm smile, and excellent verbal communication skills</li><li>Strong teamwork spirit</li><li>Professional appearance suited to a premium hospitality environment</li></ol>
