Reporting to the Production Director, the ideal candidate will drive project execution to ensure timely, high-quality delivery aligned with business priorities and will be responsible for aligning product development efforts with customer needs, market trends, and strategic objectives.Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:<ul><li>Aligning product development with customer needs, market trends, and strategic business goals</li><li>Owning end-to-end project delivery across the full software lifecycle — from requirements gathering and scoping to QA, deployment, and post-launch evaluation</li><li>Managing project scopes, schedules, and resource allocation across simultaneous initiatives</li><li>Translating product and business objectives into actionable project plans with clear milestones</li><li>Driving effective cross-functional collaboration between engineering, product, design, and QA teams</li><li>Tracking progress using project management tools and frameworks (Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies)</li><li>Proactively identifying risks, bottlenecks, and mitigation strategies to ensure smooth delivery</li><li>Overseeing release readiness, including QA sign-off, deployment scheduling, and stakeholder communications</li><li>Communicating status updates, risks, and dependencies effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders</li><li>Enforcing standards for documentation, change control, and knowledge transfer across project teams</li></ul>Professional experience &amp; qualifications of a successful candidate:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or related field</li><li>At least 5 years of experience managing software product development in a technical project management role</li><li>Strong technical fluency; able to engage confidently with engineers across architectures, APIs, and code workflows (hands-on experience is a plus but not required)</li><li>Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams</li><li>Solid understanding of modern software development methodologies and architectural frameworks</li><li>Experience with mobile and web ecosystems</li><li>Strong documentation skills</li><li>Fluent in both English and Greek</li></ul>Core competencies of a successful candidate:<ul><li>Strong leadership and project management skills</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management</li><li>Adaptability to evolving technology trends</li><li>Strategic and analytical thinking and decision-making ability</li><li>Innovation-focused and results-oriented</li><li>Proven ability to manage delivery at platform or product-suite level</li><li>Structured thinker with delivery-focused mindset</li><li>Comfort working in fast-paced, client-facing environments</li></ul>
