A strong technical foundation, problem-solving mindset, and effective communication in both Greek and English are essential.&nbsp;What You’ll Be Doing:<ul><li>Provide technical support and troubleshooting for web integrations, plugins and APIs to partners.</li><li>Develop quick fixes and add new functionalities to existing plugins as needed.</li><li>Assist partners in configuring and optimizing plugins for common platforms like WordPress, PrestaShop, OpenCart and Shopify.</li><li>Document code changes, common issues and resolutions</li><li>Create and update user guides.</li><li>Collaborate with Internal and external development teams to relay user feedback and suggest improvements.</li></ul>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Stay updated on the latest web technologies and integration trends.What We’re Looking For:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience.</li><li>At least 2 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably involving web-based products.</li><li>Familiarity with platforms such as WordPress, PrestaShop, OpenCart and Shopify.</li><li>Excellent communication and relationship-building skills in Greek and English.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.</li></ul>

Web Integration Support Specialist

We’re seeking a seasoned Senior Procurement Specialist to drive sourcing strategies, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships for both goods and services. You will partner closely with all internal teams to align procurement activities with our growth targets and customer-centric service levels.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead RFPs/RFQs, negotiate pricing, payment terms, SLA’s and volume discounts to achieve cost savings and quality standards.</li><li>Identify, onboard, and evaluate suppliers against performance KPIs (quality, delivery, compliance).</li><li>Maintain a supplier scorecard and conduct regular business reviews.</li><li>Draft, review and manage procurement contracts, NDAs, and service agreements in coordination with Legal/Finance.</li><li>Ensure all contracts are up-to-date, signed, and stored.</li><li>Monitor spend across categories, generate monthly reports on savings, cost avoidance, and budget adherence.</li><li>Proactively identify supply-chain risks (single-source dependencies, lead-time volatility) and propose mitigation plans.</li><li>Partner with Finance to track accruals, resolve invoice discrepancies, and support month-end close.</li><li>Drive continuous improvement by streamlining procurement workflows and automating repetitive tasks.</li><li>Lead special projects such as supplier consolidation, sustainability initiatives, or new market launches.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>3–5 years of procurement experience, ideally in tech-enabled operations.</li><li>Proven track record of negotiations.</li><li>Strong analytical skills, comfortable with spend analysis tools and Excel</li><li>Experience with ERP systems (Soft1, Epsilon Net, SAP, or similar).</li><li>Excellent communication and relationship-building skills in Greek and English.</li><li>High attention to detail, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.</li><li>Proactive problem-solver with a continuous-improvement mindset.</li></ul>

Senior Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the day-to-day activities of our field operations team. This role is critical to ensuring the timely and efficient execution of logistics and freight forwarding&nbsp;processes, including route planning, shift scheduling, and support for customs clearance documentation. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under time-sensitive conditions.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Supervise and evaluate the performance of field staff, providing guidance and support where needed.</li><li>Develop and implement efficient work plans, including route bookings and shift schedules, based on daily and seasonal volume.</li><li>Monitor the progress of truck loadings and take corrective action as necessary to ensure timely execution.</li><li>Coordinate and prepare documentation related to customs clearance processes in collaboration with relevant teams.</li><li>Ensure compliance with operational procedures, safety guidelines, and company standards.</li><li>Act as a liaison between field operations and other departments to facilitate smooth workflow and communication.</li><li>Provide regular updates and reports to management regarding field activities and performance.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>2-3 years experience in logistics, transportation, or field operations supervision.</li><li>Strong understanding of route planning and operational scheduling.</li><li>Familiarity with freight forwarding operations is a plus.</li><li>Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Greek and English.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make real-time decisions.</li></ul>
