We are looking for anCUSTOMER TECHNICAL SUPPORT &amp; SPECIFICATIONS ENGINEERto join our team at Oinofyta, Viotia As a Customer Technical Support &amp; Specifications Engineer you’ll be acting as a technical champion for our sales team. You'll leverage your expertise to educate customers involved in material selection, guiding them towards incorporating our best-in-class materials during the specification phase. By empowering customers with technical knowledge, you'll contribute to increased brand awareness and product demand, driving overall business growth.&nbsp;Responsibilities<ul><li>Understand customer requirements, determine the best solutions, and effectively communicate the value proposition of those solutions</li><li>Respond promptly to customer requests for proposals, develop designs and product specification to match the needs of the project or application and address professionally their inquiries and concerns</li><li>Cooperation with service centers - subcontractors for mockups and value engineering proposals</li><li>Develop &amp; maintain professional relationships with key accounts including Investors-Developers, Architects, General Contractors, Façade Consultants and Façade contractors</li><li>Develop business on project basis</li><li>Provide customer training and implementation assistance based on our products and services</li><li>Representation in events and activities (Façade Conferences, Webinars, technical committees)</li><li>Provide shoulder-to-shoulder knowledge transfer or training to implementation teams</li></ul> Qualifications<ul><li>BSc degree in Engineering (Civil, Architecture etc.)&nbsp;</li><li>MSc in Architecture or Engineering would be an asset</li><li>Knowledge of CAD programs</li><li>Excellent command of English language, both verbally and written</li><li>Knowledge of German, Italian, or French will be highly appreciated</li><li>At least five&nbsp;years of proven professional experience in aluminum façade materials and solutions</li><li>At least five&nbsp;years of proven professional experience in international industrial sales</li><li>Available for traveling as required</li></ul> Skills<ul><li>Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and negotiation skills</li><li>Project management, organization, and results orientation mindset</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>Multi-tasking and ability to work under tight deadlines</li></ul>&nbsp;Benefits<ul><li>Competitive compensation package and a wide range of benefits</li><li>Continuous training</li></ul>
