Χειριστής Περονοφόρου Αποθήκευσης Αποβλήτων &amp; Εσωτερικών και Εξωτερικών Εργασιών που απαιτούν κλαρκ.&nbsp;Κύριες αρμοδιότητες:•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Κεντρική Διαχείριση Αποβλήτων. Χειρισμός περονοφόρων για μεταφορές αποβλήτων από τις παραγωγικές μονάδες προς τους κεντρικούς χώρους αποθήκευσης των αποβλήτων, επικοινωνία με συνεργάτες, διεξαγωγή αποκομιδών αποβλήτων. Λειτουργία σπαστήρα ή/και δεματοποιητή. As a&nbsp;Business Unit Shift Supervisor,&nbsp;you will&nbsp;be a member of the Production team, ensuring the smooth operation of Production Department, to best meet production needs within the predefined time and quality requirements.&nbsp;In this role you will:&nbsp;Act in the most effective, efficient, and safest manner and according to the principles of BIC to:<ul><li>Ensure department’s continuous production and capacity during the shift</li><li>Contribute to quality assurance projects/ processes/ instructions by performing all duties/ actions indicated in them</li><li>Ensure compliance with company’s safety and environmental policy and procedures</li><li>Contribute to the introduction of new products/materials in the production area</li><li>Contribute to continuous improvement efforts</li><li>Ensure and per case deliver employee training on all job-related activities covering Safety, Quality, Machine/Product specific, One-point lessons (OPLs)</li><li>Report daily to BU management on the shift’s performance and provide weekly feedback on the KPIs</li><li>Collaborate with other department's supervisors and manage his/her team members (holidays, absenteeism, replacement etc.)&nbsp;</li><li>To check compliance with health, safety and environmental&nbsp;rules&nbsp;at work by&nbsp;team members&nbsp;under their supervision, in accordance with company ‘s&nbsp;policy and prescribed procedures</li></ul>&nbsp;What you'll bring to BIC:&nbsp;<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree from Technical University (preferably Mechanical Engineering)</li><li>2+ years of working experience&nbsp;in manufacturing or industrial setting</li><li>Ability to work in 3 shifts</li><li>English level: Intermediate+</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and set priorities</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Critical thinking and problem-solving skills</li><li>Team-player</li></ul>
