As a Sysadmin - DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring stability, security, and high performance. Additionally, you will play a key role in automating processes and developing solutions aligned with the DevOps model.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage and maintain servers and networks</li><li>Automate processes in daily basis</li><li>Collaborate with development teams to implement CI/CD pipelines</li><li>Monitor and optimize systems using monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana)</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently</li><li>Implement and manage security policies</li><li>Design and execute backup and disaster recovery strategies</li><li>Continuously improve infrastructure using innovative technologies and approaches</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience as a System Administrator and/or DevOps Engineer</li><li>Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix and Windows operating systems</li><li>Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python, or PowerShell)</li><li>Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker)</li><li>Familiarity with monitoring systems</li><li>Solid understanding of networking protocols and tools (BIND, iptables, tcpdump)</li><li>Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Github CI/CD, Jenkins, etc.)</li><li>Familiar with orchestration tools like (Consul, Nomad)</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field</li><li>Knowledge of database systems (MySQL, replication etc.)</li><li>Experience with Google Workspace</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities</li><li>Ability to work under pressure</li><li>Teamwork and collaboration skills</li><li>Adaptability to new technologies</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Competitive salary package</li><li>Private Health Care insurance</li><li>Continuous training and professional development opportunities</li><li>Friendly and collaborative work environment</li></ul>
