Job Objective: Plans and assists in the accurate execution of external and internal compliance audits, develops the necessary reports, updates the respective records, in order to conform to legislation and company standards. Key Responsibilities: ​ 1. Administration of Audits and Inspections: - Follows-up and keeps record of the vessels’ audit schedule execution, and timely reminds/informs accordingly all respective parts, enabling them to proceed to the appropriate preparation and preliminary actions for the accurate execution of the audits. - Supports the day-to-day operation of the LPSQ department, by monitoring the availability and readiness of the technical infrastructure. - Prepares, files and/or dispatches all necessary departmental documents, reports and statistics towards the respective recipients. 2.&nbsp;Implementation of corrective actions: - Assists the LPSQ Manager and superintendents in following-up the prompt and accurate implementation of agreed corrective actions occurred from audits. - Assists in compiling and analysing data as well as in data entry, record keeping and following up of several key measures concerning LPSQ procedures and activities. - Answers incoming calls and provides information concerning the LPSQ activities.3.Reporting and support: -&nbsp;Contributes in the accurate and timely development and update of records, reports and systems, regarding the findings of internal and external audits. - Supports LPSQ superintendents during incident investigations. Assistant LPSQ Officer

Job Objective: Assists in the administrative duties necessary for the accurate implementation of the recruitment plan and provides support to department’s members whenever required.&nbsp;Ensure environmental compliance policies are upheld. Execution of the manning plan <ul><li>Performs all the administrative tasks and provides the required support to department’s members for the efficient and well organised execution of recruitment plan. </li><li>Prepares candidates’ required documentation, such as medical certificates, encodes medical data into the Crew PAL Personnel Management System, updates medical record etc., in order to assist the efficient pre-employment screening of seafarers. </li><li>Prepares the required documentation according to the requirements of SMC requests, in order to enable the timely travelling of crew to vessels. Assistant Fleet Personnel Officer

<ul><li>Executes the administrative and secretarial tasks of the department in order to support the effective operation of the department and the vessels managed by the SMC. Organizes, coordinates and performs a wide range of administrative and general support duties.</li><li>Executes the secretarial and administrative tasks of the department, in order to support the Fleet Manager and the members of the Fleet Team in performing their role.</li><li>Maintains records of assigned vessels certificates, and facilitates the preservation of their validity, in respect of Class, Flag, and International regulations. Maintains Class module.</li><li>Monitors Compliance module or similar.</li><li>Assists Fleet Manager and Superintendents with TMSA and other similar external audit related works.</li><li>Assists Superintendents with PAL administrative works.</li><li>Develops and updates the archive of the department, so as to keep good record of all department actions and relationships. Timely updates general data bases of the department.</li><li>Monitors timely submission of the inspection, quarterly and dry dock reports to the appropriate stakeholders. Assists Superintendents in finalizing their reports, if required. Maintains copies and updates the Ship’s Inspection List.</li><li>Monitors, keeps record and supplies ship’s stationary.</li><li>If required, assists with travel arrangements, visas, etc, coordinates meetings of Fleet Team. Processes invoices, checks correctness, signature and stamp, filing.
