We are seeking a motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our Sales team in Athens. This position is created to further strengthen and expand our Sales department’s capabilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts in cooperation with the Group Key Account Manager. Furthermore, will also manage the Sales Field team for the accounts of responsibility. The main mission will be to support the development of sustainable business growth across all Barilla categories, focusing on value growth line with company’s sales strategy.&nbsp; Key Accountabilities&nbsp;• &nbsp; &nbsp;Drive sales, profit and share growth across all customers in alignment with company’s growth plans • &nbsp; &nbsp;Support the preparation of annual agreements negotiations in accordance with company’s guidelines and objectives.&nbsp; • &nbsp; &nbsp;Ensure alignment with shopper and brand priorities, in cooperation with Trade Marketing, by executing and monitoring the annual business plan. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Manage and coordinate the Sales Field team by setting up specific goals, to develop and monitor in store fundamentals features. &nbsp;Identify and seize in store growth opportunities to create value.&nbsp; • &nbsp; &nbsp;Customer activities data analysis to support decision making and improve effectiveness. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Market intelligence monitoring and reporting. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Build long-term customer engagement and constructive relationships within assigned accounts, with a value creation approach.&nbsp;Qualifications&nbsp;• &nbsp; &nbsp;Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Economics or related field, Engineering School, Finance, or relevant field. Key Account Manager

Barilla Hellas SA wants to recruit a Demand Planning &amp; Customer Service Analyst based in Athens. The individual will report to the REGION EEMEA DPCS Associate Director and will be responsible for coordinating exports’ full function in line with the directions of REGION EEMEA DPCS Associate Director.&nbsp;Key Accountabilities · Ensure the effective operation of the Contact Center for customers’ needs with regards to exports orders, delivery status, procedures’ implementation and invoicing· Develop demand forecasts for export markets and perform the related ERP update· Handle the exports orders’ process with a view to maximize order filling rate to the Customer and minimize inventory cost· Execute all the Customs and authorities related procedures· Facilitate the return and credit refund process· Manage the planning activity of Goods’ labelling for export orders· Strive for outstanding customer management and satisfaction levels Qualifications · Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar position· Bachelor Degree in Business, Finance or equivalent Studies.
