Euromedica Group&nbsp;manages one of the largest Healthcare networks in Greece, providing its services through an extensive network.We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced&nbsp;Recruitment Specialist&nbsp;to join our team.Main Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates for our Primary Healthcare network</li><li>Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events</li><li>Coordinate, schedule and conduct interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth candidate experience</li><li>Develop &amp; maintain a database with accurate candidate information</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruitment partners</li><li>Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment</li><li>Assist in developing employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s visibility and attractiveness to potential candidates</li><li>Participate in job fairs, career events, and other recruitment activities to promote the company and attract talent</li><li>Provide recruitment reports to line managers</li><li>Manage the employee exit interview process, conducting interviews, analyzing data, and making actionable recommendations based on findings</li></ul>Required Qualifications:<ul><li>BSc in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related field</li><li>MSc in Human Resources will be considered as an asset</li><li>2-3 years proven work experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within the healthcare sector</li><li>Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools, as well as social media platforms</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders</li><li>Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques</li><li>Advanced MS Office knowledge (especially Excel)</li></ul>Required&nbsp;Competences:<ul><li>Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously</li><li>Solid verbal and written communication skills both in Greek and English language</li><li>Excellent listening skills</li><li>Strong networking and relationship-building skills</li><li>Work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines</li></ul>What we offer:<ul><li>A competitive compensation and benefits package</li><li>Opportunity to work in one of the largest Healthcare Groups in Greece, with high standards in work ethics and professional environment</li><li>Dynamic working environment with opportunities of professional growth</li></ul>If this role feels right for you and you can demonstrate the criteria above&nbsp;APPLY BELOW, using the code&nbsp;RECRT ATH.
