HR Manager – Greece

We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Business Partner to join our team. In this role, you will be a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing expertise and guidance on all people-related matters. You will play a critical role in aligning our people strategy with our overall business strategy, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.&nbsp;What You will Do:&nbsp; <ul><li>Act as a consultant to the business unit, providing insights and solutions.&nbsp;</li><li>Provide support and advice to managers and employees on any employee related topic (eg. recruitment, performance management, learning and development, compensation &amp; benefits, policies &amp; procedures).&nbsp; </li><li>Collaborate with Hiring Managers to identify recruitment needs and manage the recruitment process.</li><li>Translate strategic objectives into actionable HR initiatives. </li><li>Lead and manage transformative projects and initiatives to improve business process and employee engagement.</li><li>Run exit interviews and analyze attrition trends.&nbsp; </li><li>Participate in job fairs and employer branding activities. </li><li>Participate in Talent-related meetings, providing HR insights for decision-making. </li><li>Analyze People data to inform business decisions and identify trends.&nbsp; </li><li>Help build and maintain a strong organizational culture and improve employee experience.&nbsp; </li><li>Champion our culture and values, fostering an environment where every employee thrives.</li></ul>What we are looking for : &nbsp;<ul><li>2 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role.
