As a&nbsp;SQL Software Engineer&nbsp;at Relational Financial Solutions, you will be an integral member of our&nbsp;Debt Collection &amp; Recoveries&nbsp;software&nbsp;integration &amp; reporting team, contributing to the development, maintenance, and support of SQL-based systems. You will work across various stages of the project lifecycle, focusing on SQL code development, ETL procedures, and reporting, helping ensure our software solutions run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a proactive and collaborative approach, as you will interact with cross-functional teams to address UAT and production support issues.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and maintain&nbsp;SQL code&nbsp;using&nbsp;MS SQL Server.</li><li>Support, extend, and optimize&nbsp;ETL processes&nbsp;(MS SQL SSIS jobs and/or Stored Procedures).</li><li>Manage and enhance&nbsp;reporting solutions.</li><li>Perform&nbsp;application parameterization&nbsp;to meet evolving requirements.</li><li>Resolve&nbsp;UAT&nbsp;and&nbsp;production support tickets&nbsp;efficiently.</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor degree in&nbsp;Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), Engineering, Mathematics or Statistics field.</li><li>Fluency in&nbsp;English Language&nbsp;(both oral and written).</li></ul>&nbsp;The following are considered as a plus:<ul><li>Proficiency in&nbsp;Transact-SQL.</li><li>Strong understanding of&nbsp;Database Design Concepts&nbsp;(e.g., MS SQL Stored Procedures).</li><li>Hands-on experience with&nbsp;ETL tools, specifically Microsoft SSIS.</li><li>Familiarity with&nbsp;Reporting tools, such as Microsoft SSRS.</li><li>Knowledge of&nbsp;banking and credit-related technologies, including&nbsp;Debt Collection &amp; Recoveries software.</li></ul> Benefits:As an equal opportunity employer, we celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.Our company is people - centric and offers personalized benefits to each employee:<ul><li>We want you to be well compensated for what you bring in, so we offer an attractive salary package</li><li>Your health matters to us, so all colleagues have a private health insurance plan from day one</li><li>We are excited for challenges, so you are invited to take part in exciting projects</li><li>We never stop learning and evolving!
