Call Center Agent

Αναλυτική περιγραφή καθηκόντων: 
§  Λήψη και διαχείριση αιτημάτων πελατών, μέσω ticketing system
§  Ανάθεση και συντονισμός εργασιών σε τεχνικούς και συνεργάτες
§  Παρακολούθηση εργασιών μέχρι την ολοκλήρωση τους και έλεγχος βάσει συμβολαίων πελατών
§  Διασφάλιση απαιτήσεων SLAs  
§  Εξ’ αποστάσεως διερεύνηση αιτημάτων, αποκατάσταση βλαβών για συγκεκριμένες υπηρεσίες και πελάτες
§  Παρακολούθηση και διαχείριση συστημάτων πελατών με χρήση εργαλείων managed services
§  Τήρηση διαδικασιών για τη σωστή κλιμάκωση μη εξυπηρετούμενων αιτημάτων στις αρμόδιες ομάδες (Level 2, Level 3)

Technical Support Engineer

As part of its development plan, it is seeking to hire a Community Associate for its Athens office.
Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls & emails from users
Moderate user-generated content (such as merchant reviews, product reviews) in a timely, friendly, and professional manner, to educate and create positive connections with our users and potential user communities
Interact with users on social networks, on behalf of the brand, using its unique, brand voice
Identify and report behavioural and technical issues, patterns, and trends in the online community
Follow up customer calls or emails where necessary
Proofread, re-structure and edit articles, marketing materials & website text
Writing clear, compelling copy for various mediums (e.g. Social Media posts, blog posts, ads, internal communication, etc)
Requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek/English language
Minimum 1-year experience in a similar position, preferably in an eCommerce environment

In our Support team there is no typical day, and to be successful in Support Associate role you will need to be self-motivated, creative and have excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills to be able to support our customers, restaurants and courier partners. Our operation is running seven days a week so this role also requires you to be able to work on weekends.

Αναφερόμενος/η στην Customer Care Team Leader του τμήματος Customer Relations, θα έχεις την ευθύνη για να:

Based in Athens, Greece, the successful candidate will be managing client calls, providing accurate information about the clinic’s services, and actively promoting solutions to secure client engagement and sales.
Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:
Handling inbound and outbound calls, presenting, promoting and selling the clinic’s products, services and solutions
Assessing client needs and providing accurate assistance and information tailored to their requirements
Accurately logging all client interactions and maintaining up-to-date records in the CRM system
Building trust and rapport with potential clients to encourage loyalty and long-term relationships
Delivering exceptional customer service in a professional and courteous manner
Any other task that may be required from time to time
Professional experience & qualifications of a successful candidate:
Bachelor’s degree
