Customer Care Agent

Ως Customer Excellence Associate στην Ομάδα Εξυπηρέτησης Πελατών, θα διαδραματίζεις βασικό ρόλο στην διαχείριση αιτημάτων πελατών που προέρχονται από την Ανοιχτή Γραμμής Επικοινωνίας, τα καταστήματα καθώς και αιτημάτων που προέρχονται από συναδέλφους εντός της εταιρείας.&nbsp; Αν είσαι επαγγελματίας με υπομονή, ενσυναίσθηση, εξαιρετικές επικοινωνιακές και αναλυτικές δεξιότητες, νιώθεις άνετα με τις διαρκώς μεταβαλλόμενες ανάγκες των πελατών, είσαι πρόθυμος να επιλύεις γρήγορα και ποιοτικά τα ζητήματά τους και στοχεύεις στο να δημιουργείς αξία, τότε ανυπομονούμε να λάβουμε την αίτησή σου.&nbsp;Κύριες αρμοδιότητες<ul><li>Υποστήριξη αιτήματων πελατών που χρειάζονται βοήθεια με τη δημιουργία, τροποποίηση ή διαγραφή λογαριασμού, υποβολή παραγγελίας, εφαρμογή προσφοράς και σχήματος loyalty.</li><li>Υποστήριξη των καταστημάτων της εταιρείας σε ερωτήσεις σχετικά με το σχήμα loyalty.</li><li>Διαχείριση κλήσεων (κυρίως εξερχόμενες) με σκοπό την άμεση επίλυση των προαναφερθέντων αιτημάτων πελατών.</li><li>Συμμετοχή στην παρακολούθηση των αιτημάτων πελατών (μέσω της εφαρμογής Salesforce) ώστε να τηρούνται οι χρόνοι απόκρισης αλλά και η σωστή καταγραφή και κατηγοριοποίηση τους.</li></ul>Επαγγελματικά προσόντα &amp; Εμπειρία<ul><li>Απολυτήριο λυκείου</li><li>Πτυχίο συναφούς τομέα επιθυμητό.</li><li>1-3 έτη εργασιακής εμπειρίας σε θέσεις εξυπηρέτησης πελάτων σε αλυσίδες τροφίμων ή στον κλάδο του λιανεμπορίου, ή εμπειρία σε ταμείο ή μηχανογράφηση καταστήματος.</li><li>Καλή γνώση Αγγλικών, τόσο σε γραπτό, όσο και σε προφορικό λόγο.</li><li>Εξοικείωση με εφαρμογές και προγράμματα.
