As the Product and Delivery Director in Worldline's payments division, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic direction and execution of payment solutions. You will lead product innovation, ensure market acceptance, and manage the end-to-end delivery of cutting-edge payment solutions that address evolving market demands and client needs.&nbsp;Day-to-Day Responsibilities&nbsp;<ol><li>Strategic Leadership &amp; Innovation</li></ol><ul><li>Lead the innovation pipeline for payment products, ensuring solutions meet evolving customer needs while aligning with Worldline's strategic objectives</li><li>Collaborate with industry partners to assess emerging trends and deliver industry-leading innovative payment solutions</li><li>Establish and execute a comprehensive product acceptance strategy across multiple channels (in-store, online, mobile)</li></ul><ol><li>Product Development &amp; Acceptance</li></ol><ul><li>Oversee the development of cutting-edge, seamless multi-device payment solutions from conceptualization to market launch</li><li>Ensure flawless execution of product deployments and drive quality improvement to achieve zero-defect scenarios</li><li>Lead cross-functional teams in enhancing product features to improve the customer experience, based on market trends and customer insights</li></ul><ol><li>Stakeholder Management</li></ol><ul><li>Work with Sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies for new payment solutions</li><li>Cultivate relationships with strategic partners (financial institutions, technology providers) to expand payment ecosystem</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams including Technology, Operations, Compliance and Sales</li><li>Act as a key liaison between business and technical teams</li></ul><ol><li>Performance Monitoring</li></ol><ul><li>Establish KPIs and metrics to track product performance, acceptance rates, and customer satisfaction</li><li>Monitor operational performance as an integrated aspect of enterprise governance</li><li>Ensure solutions comply with industry regulations and standards, prioritizing customer security and data protection</li></ul>&nbsp;Who Are We Looking For&nbsp;We look for big thinkers.
