Ensure compliance with security policies and assist in maintaining user accounts.</li><li>Software Support: Provide basic support for common software applications, such as Microsoft Office, web browsers, and email clients. Help users troubleshoot issues, perform software updates, and assist with basic software functionality.</li><li>Hardware Support: Diagnose and troubleshoot basic hardware problems with desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other peripheral devices.&nbsp;</li><li>Incident Management: Log and track user issues and incidents in a ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution and proper escalation to higher-level support teams, if required.
