The Payroll Accountant&nbsp;supports the processes related to employee hiring/termination and the maintenance of relevant records. Additionally, he/she is responsible for collecting daily wages, issuing payroll, and updating the ERGANI information system.Applicant’s main accountabilities:<ul><li>Carries out the required procedures for hiring and termination of employees within the Group (submission of forms such as E3 – Hiring Announcement, E5 – Termination Announcement, etc.).&nbsp;</li><li>Collects and checks employee daily wages across departments by monitoring the electronic time-tracking system.&nbsp;</li><li>Handles the preparation, review, and issuance of payroll using payroll software (EpsilonNet).&nbsp;</li><li>Updates the ERGANI system with employee work hours, Sunday shifts, etc.&nbsp;</li><li>Monitors employee leave, sick days, and absences, and maintains the corresponding records.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensures compliance with labor and social insurance legislation regarding obligations to public authorities and insurance funds.&nbsp;</li><li>Conducts statistical analyses related to labor costs.</li></ul>Applicant’s main qualifications:<ul><li>University/Technological Institute degree in Accounting, Economics, or a related field.&nbsp;</li><li>A Master’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, etc. will be considered an additional asset.&nbsp;</li><li>Fluency in English.</li></ul>Applicant’s main capabilities &amp; values:<ul><li>Confidentiality&nbsp;</li><li>Professionalism / Responsibility&nbsp;</li><li>Critical thinking and problem-solving ability&nbsp;</li><li>Flexibility / Adaptability&nbsp;</li><li>Team spirit / Collaboration&nbsp;</li></ul>Company information and benefits:The company offers a competitive remuneration package in a dynamic and highly professional working environment. Payroll Accountant

A Data Analyst&nbsp;(Business Intelligence) is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights that support data-driven decision-making. This role will focus on various aspects of the hotel’s operations, including revenue optimization, and operational efficiency.Applicant’s main accountabilities:<ul><li>Collect and compile data from various sources (property management systems, reservations Platforms, financial reports) to create meaningful reports.</li><li>Develop and maintain regular performance reports on key metrics (occupancy rates, average daily rate, and revenue per available room).</li><li>Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive landscape and pricing strategies of other hotels in Rhodes.</li><li>Assist in the creation of budgets and financial forecasts.</li><li>Provide insights into revenue and cost projections for the hotel’s financial planning.</li><li>Ensure data privacy and security protocols are followed in data handing and reporting. &nbsp;</li></ul>Applicant’s main qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data science or relevant field.</li><li>Master’s degree or equivalent in Data science, Economics or relevant field would be considered as extra asset.</li><li>Proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).</li><li>Knowledge of hotel management systems and databases.</li><li>Minimum 2 years’ related experience in similar role.</li><li>Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus (preferably German).</li></ul>Applicant’s main capabilities &amp; values:<ul><li>Integrity and confidentiality.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills.</li><li>Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.</li></ul>Company information and benefits:The company offers a competitive remuneration package in a dynamic and highly professional working environment.
