<h2>Job Description</h2>Are you ready to discover the role of a Test Automation Leader in Netcompany-Intrasoft?Our fully inhouse Testing team consists of 180+ professionals across our sites and is Gold ISTQB partner. This is a team led by Test Managers, that serves the entire Netcompany-Intrasoft organization, bringing value and benefit in all the technologies we use and offer. Our Testing team is engaged with a vast portfolio of services, technologies, solutions and methodologies.As a Test Automation Leader you will:<ul><li>Work on analyzing and managing the testing lifecycle of large-scale software applications of EU institutions / Products / Public Sector. You will be exposed to a wide variety of services and technologies in a multinational environment.</li><li>Create and maintain comprehensive automated test suites&nbsp;</li><li>Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipelines using e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, ensuring tests are run consistently with each build and deployment.</li><li>Participate in PoC for evaluation of various tools, frameworks, methodologies</li><li>Participate in the building of a CI pipeline</li><li>Automate tests for any of the following test types (functional, performance, usability, compatibility, cross-browser, component)</li><li>Analysis of test results for troubleshooting, qualitative and quantitative analysis</li></ul><h2>Qualifications</h2>What would make you a fit for the role:<ul><li>University degree in Information Technology or another relevant field and 7+ years of experience in Test Automation, including leadership roles</li><li>Proven experience in Software Testing and Test Automation, with expertise in designing and implementing Test Automation Strategies for Component, Functional, Regression, and Performance tests</li><li>Proficiency in Java, .NET, Typescript, SQL, HTML, XML, JSON, Shell &amp; Bat scripting</li><li>Expertise in various tools/frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, Playwright, Cypress, WebdriverIO, TestNG, JUnit, NUnit, Spring, Spring Boot, Cucumber, SpecFlow, Rest Assured API, SoapUI, Postman, JMeter, LoadUI, K6, BPMN, Kafka, JMS</li><li>Experience with Test Management (Xray, Zephyr, Azure Test, etc.) and Defect Management Tools (Jira, etc.) and in automated integrations with those tools</li><li>Proficiency with CI Tools (Jenkins, Bamboo, etc.) and pipeline scripting</li><li>Experience with Docker, Kubernetes is considered a plus</li><li>Strong background in creating Test Cases, Test Scripts, Test Reports, and participation in Test Cycles</li><li>Proven ability to train, guide, coach, and share knowledge with less experienced team members</li><li>Deep understanding of Agile Software Development methodologies</li></ul><h2>Company Description</h2>We are Netcompany-Intrasoft, a member of Netcompany Group A/S, and a leading European IT Solutions and Services company with strong international presence and expertise, dedicated to responsible digitalisation.
