Angelicoussis Group, one of the world’s leading ship management organizations is looking for a highly skilled Business Process Specialist to join our dynamic team.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Process Analysis<ul><li>Design comprehensive business process models to visualize and communicate process workflows;</li><li>Create and maintain detailed documentation, including standard operating procedures, process flow diagrams and models, other related materials and visual representations;</li><li>Collaborate with business departments to understand their existing processes, gather business requirements and recommend process improvements, providing high quality deliverables;</li><li>Organize and deliver training sessions for end users to ensure effective utilization of the business processes and system and smooth adoption of new processes;</li></ul>&nbsp;Project Management<ul><li>Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including schedules, milestones, proactively addressing risks and obstacles;</li><li>Monitor project status meetings, updates, deliverables and reporting to key stakeholders;</li><li>Coordinate cross-functional teams, external partners and key stakeholders;</li></ul>Candidate must have<ul><li>Proven experience in project management. Ability to plan, execute, and monitor projects efficiently, ensuring successful delivery within deadlines and budgets.</li><li>Proven experience in business process analysis, process mapping and documentation.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, ability to facilitate effective discussions.</li><li>Attention to detail, adaptability and flexibility, able to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Experience working in cross-functional teams and contributing to successful project outcomes and support overall system functionality.</li><li>Professional certification such as PMP will be considered beneficial.</li><li>Experience with SAP S/4 HANA and/or Signavio will be considered beneficial.</li><li>Proficiency in the English Language (written and oral) is a firm requirement.</li></ul>The Company offers an attractive compensation and benefits package and a friendly working environment.
