We are currently looking for a hands-on, detail-driven Assistant Executive Housekeeper Villas to join our Housekeeping team at Amanzoe in Porto Heli, Greece. Reporting to the Executive Housekeeper, this role is critical in supporting the daily operations of the housekeeping department and ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and service across the resort. You will lead, motivate and guide the team while implementing quality control procedures and ensuring all guest accommodations and public areas meet Aman’s uncompromising expectations.Responsibilities<ul><li>Supervise and guide daily housekeeping operations across rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.</li><li>Ensure all rooms are cleaned and prepared to Aman standards before guest arrival.</li><li>Assist the Executive Housekeeper in establishing departmental plans, procedures, and service standards.</li><li>Lead the team in the absence of the Executive Housekeeper.</li><li>Coordinate daily work schedules based on occupancy and operational needs.</li><li>Manage inventories of linen, uniforms, supplies, and chemicals; maintain proper storage and usage.</li><li>Oversee inspections to ensure guest and public areas meet health, hygiene, and aesthetic standards.</li><li>Respond promptly to guest requests and address complaints or concerns regarding housekeeping.</li><li>Liaise with the Laundry team and Housekeeping Supervisors to align tasks and scheduling.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across all areas in line with health and safety regulations.</li><li>Participate in the training, evaluation, and performance development of Housekeeping team members.</li><li>Support the preparation of duty rosters and help control departmental labor costs.</li><li>Recommend repair or renovation needs to maintain the highest quality of guest facilities.</li><li>Foster team morale and uphold a culture of accountability, integrity, and guest-first service.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in a housekeeping supervisory role, preferably in a 5-star hospitality environment.</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent; a certificate in housekeeping or hospitality management is considered an asset.</li><li>Excellent command of English (written and spoken); Greek is an advantage.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with housekeeping management systems.</li><li>Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Deep understanding of housekeeping standards, tools, and chemicals.</li><li>Ability to maintain professionalism and composure in a fast-paced setting.</li><li>Detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to cleanliness, guest satisfaction, and team collaboration.</li><li>Legal right to live and work in Greece.</li></ul>Benefits At Aman Group, we believe that our colleagues are at the core of our success. We are currently looking for a meticulous and experienced Payroll Accountant Manager to join our Finance team at Amanzoe in Porto Heli, Greece. Reporting to the Director of Finance / Financial Controller, and with a dotted-line to the Director of Human Resources, this role ensures accurate and timely payroll processing, payroll-related accounting, and compliance with Greek labor regulations. It plays a vital role in bridging the finance and HR functions to guarantee smooth payroll operations and reporting.Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage the complete payroll cycle using the Pylon payroll system for all Amanzoe employees.</li><li>Coordinate with departments to collect and verify time and attendance data from the Timer system.</li><li>Validate shift schedules and ensure timely and accurate payroll submissions.</li><li>Process all payroll components, including salaries, overtime, deductions, and benefits.</li><li>Submit required payroll declarations to relevant Greek authorities on time.</li><li>Maintain organized payroll records and ensure data accuracy across all systems.</li><li>Monitor and reconcile discrepancies in attendance and payroll data.</li><li>Collaborate on the preparation and monitoring of the annual payroll budget.</li><li>Prepare monthly payroll forecasts, track variances, and provide in-depth analysis.</li><li>Record payroll entries and ensure proper allocation within the general ledger.</li><li>Reconcile payroll accounts and assist with month-end and year-end closing.</li><li>Ensure compliance with Greek labor, tax, and social insurance regulations.</li><li>Provide support to employees on payroll-related queries and maintain confidentiality.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.</li><li>Proven experience in a payroll or accounting role, ideally within the hospitality sector.</li><li>Strong knowledge of the Pylon payroll system and familiarity with Timer or other time-tracking tools.</li><li>Excellent understanding of Greek labor laws and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.</li><li>High level of proficiency in Excel and financial reporting.</li><li>Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.</li><li>Legal right to live and work in Greece.</li></ul>BenefitsAt Aman Group, we believe that our colleagues are at the core of our success.
