Could you be the Project Contract Manager that we’re looking for located in our Athens, Greece&nbsp;operations?&nbsp;Reporting to the Cluster Country Contract Manager of South CEE, you will work closely with the Project Manager&nbsp;as a key member of the project team. As the Project Contract Manager for DIS &amp; SER projects, you will be accountable for leading the development, implementation and driving proactive contract management and risk mitigation strategies, in alignment with Alstom’s business objectives. This includes managing extensions of time (EOTs), variation orders, and contract amendments. As a contract and claims management expert, you will ensure meticulous record-keeping and robust file preparation for the project.&nbsp;We’ll Look to You For:<ul><li>Applying the contract, claims and insurance management manual and Alstom governance.</li><li>Collaborating with the core project team to prepare the Contract Management Strategy Plan.</li><li>Analyzing the contract to build and drive the implementation of the contract and claims management strategy plan and continuously updating it on an ongoing basis with the project team.</li><li>Monitoring work to ensure compliance with contract obligations, including tracking the project schedule to meet contractual milestones.</li><li>Issuing contractual notices to customers and partners in a timely manner.</li><li>Establishing and implementing project-specific commercial procedures, particularly regarding correspondence, notifications, insurance, variation requests/orders, and claims preparation.</li><li>Monitoring and managing correspondence by analysing incoming and outgoing communications with customers and partners.</li><li>Developing and producing project-specific processes and methods for contract/claim management.</li></ul>&nbsp;All About You<ul><li>Degree in Law, Engineering, Business or Finance.</li><li>5 years&nbsp;experience in contract and&nbsp;claims management in the delivery of&nbsp;railway, infrastructure or construction projects.</li><li>On hands experience with working with Public Works contracts in Greece and good&nbsp;knowledge of Public Works Law 4412/16 and its amendments.</li><li>&nbsp;Excellent verbal and written skills in Greek and English required.</li><li>Ability to anticipate and manage conflicting priorities.</li><li>Strong knowledge and experience with Contract Management and Project Management tools and systems.</li><li>Capability to be operationally effective and accountable.</li></ul> Things you'll enjoyJoin us on a life-long transformative journey - the rail industry is here to stay, so you can grow and develop new skills and experiences throughout your career.
