As a CRM Campaign Analysis Associate you will be responsible for assisting omni-channel Customer Lifecycle Management campaigns, supporting the delivery of personalized and dynamic customer-centric messages through various CRM channels. What you will be doing •&nbsp;&nbsp;Assist in the initial analysis for campaigns data per channel examining customer behavior, campaign performance, and CRM metrics.•&nbsp;&nbsp;Participate in trends and patterns identification from CRM campaigns responses to contribute insights•&nbsp;&nbsp;Assist in campaigns optimization by utilizing data analysis findings to suggest improvements to campaign strategies, messaging, and targeting•&nbsp;&nbsp;Support the development and implementation&nbsp;of comprehensive omni-channel Customer Lifecycle Management campaigns, ensuring personalized communication plans through CRM channels.•&nbsp;&nbsp;Assist in the implementation and monitoring of the CRM softwares/ systems that helps on improving the efficiency of customer management processes.•&nbsp;&nbsp;Contribute to the accuracy and cleanliness of CRM data by identifying and rectifying data quality issues.•&nbsp;&nbsp;Support the development of reports and dashboards that showcase key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign effectiveness.•&nbsp;&nbsp;Keep abreast on industry local and global market trends and best practices to ensure that the new tool capabilities and base management initiatives are implemented in the Bank’s projects.&nbsp;What you need to have&nbsp;•&nbsp;&nbsp;Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related fields.•&nbsp;&nbsp;Master’s degree in a relevant field of study (preferred).•&nbsp;&nbsp;At least one (1) year of experience in CRM Campaign Analysis.•&nbsp;&nbsp;Strong communication and collaboration skills.•&nbsp;&nbsp;Solid analytical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.•&nbsp;&nbsp;Attention to detail.&nbsp;•&nbsp;&nbsp;A Customer-centric mindset and a passion for improving Customer experiences.&nbsp;•&nbsp;&nbsp;Proficient use of the MS Office suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).•&nbsp;&nbsp;Excellent command of the English and Greek languages (written and spoken).&nbsp;What we offer&nbsp;It’s all about our people. CRM Campaign Analysis Associate (Fixed Term)

The&nbsp;Alpha Talent Acceleration Program |&nbsp;Market Risk Control&nbsp;is designed for ambitious early-career professionals eager to fast-track their careers and make a lasting impact in the area of Market Risk within a large financial institution.&nbsp;During this 12-month program you will be working in Alpha Bank’s Market Risk Control Business Area. With on-the-job training and guidance, you will be able to participate in activities to identify risks related to market fluctuations.&nbsp;What you will be doing&nbsp;<ul><li>Contribute to the daily production and validation of market risk reports, such as VaR and FRTB sensitivities.</li><li>Support the calculation of the capital requirements for the Bank’s trading portfolio.</li><li>Monitor risk exposures against approved limits and escalate any breaches accordingly.</li><li>Support the review and analysis of counterparty credit exposures for derivative transactions.</li><li>Contribute to the calculation and reporting of Credit Valuation Adjustment (CVA) and related metrics.</li><li>Validate and reconcile market data, trade information, and risk metrics to ensure accuracy and consistency.</li><li>Prepare presentation material, briefing packs, and provide general support for internal or regulatory meetings.</li></ul>&nbsp;What you need to have&nbsp;<ul><li>A&nbsp;Bachelor’s and/or a postgraduate degree in Mathematics, Finance, Risk, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or in any other related field.</li><li>Some previous work experience in market risk and/or in the banking or in the financial industry will be considered an asset.</li><li>Excellent oral and written communication skills both in Greek and in English.</li><li>Attention to detail, methodical approach, and analytical thinking.</li><li>Proficient use of the MS Office applications.</li><li>Familiarity with a programming language is considered an asset.</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;What we offer&nbsp;It’s all about our people.
