As an EVP &amp; Employer Branding Associate, you support the design and execution of initiatives that enhance the Bank’s reputation as an employer of choice. You contribute to university outreach, career events, and internal and external communication initiatives that promote the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and strengthen the Bank’s employer brand.&nbsp;&nbsp;What you will be doing&nbsp;<ul><li>Map and maintain relationships with targeted academic institutions and programs (local and international)</li><li>Contact university career offices to promote featured job opportunities of the Bank</li><li>Support the organization and coordination of external career events, managing planning, logistics, and CV inflows</li><li>Contribute to the design and delivery of graduate, internship, and other early-career programs</li><li>Assist in planning internal career events such as functional workshops and business days</li><li>Update content in related internal (SharePoint) and external (career site) pages</li><li>Manage administrative and coordination tasks related to Rebrain initiatives</li><li>Contribute to the preparation and rollout of internal recruiting marketing campaigns (e.g., referral campaigns)</li><li>Collaborate closely with HR and Corporate Communications teams to ensure consistent employer branding messaging across channels</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;What you need to have&nbsp;<ul><li>A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration or another relevant discipline</li><li>A Master’s degree (preferred)</li><li>A minimum of one (1) year of experience in HR, employer branding, communications, or related administrative roles</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Greek and English (C2 level)</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail</li><li>A positive, proactive attitude and team-oriented mindset</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple stakeholders</li></ul>&nbsp;What we offer&nbsp;It’s all about our people. PGD Project Manager - Fixed Term Contract

Retail Core Banking Specialist

As a Functional Analysis Specialist you will be joining the Special Lending Instruments Domain of IT Core Banking Services Division of Alpha Bank S.A., which is responsible for expanding capabilities to the full set of applications that exist in a domain and can perform the functional analysis process on small scale requirements with the assistance of a more experienced colleague.Working closely with IT and Business stakeholders, the person chosen will participate in IT projects ensuring their successful execution in alignment with IT guidelines and methodologies and meeting IT and Business objectives.&nbsp; What you will be doing&nbsp;<ul><li>Translate business requirements to functional requirements, as an input to IT solutions design for a full set of applications that exist in a domain.</li><li>Cooperate effectively with the Senior Functional Engineering regarding the functional analysis process on small scale requirements.&nbsp;</li><li>Adjust and/or assists on the design and testing of the IT systems to successfully fulfill needs of the Bank, using up-to-date technologies.&nbsp;</li><li>Create detailed documentation regarding technical solutions, their scope and objectives, activities performed, and findings.</li><li>Execute functional testing and analyzes data to assess performance to specifications.</li><li>Supervise functional testing as well as and documentation activities, performed by the team of Functional Analysts.&nbsp;</li><li>Stay up-to-date with the industry technical and business trends, to support the improvement process of the Bank’s internal systems/applications.&nbsp;</li><li>Perform basic troubleshooting activities using available tools.</li></ul> What you need to have&nbsp;<ul><li>A Bachelor’s degree in science, Technology, Economics, Mathematics, Business Administration or in any other related discipline.&nbsp;</li><li>A minimum of four (4) years professional experience in positions familiar (i.e. Special Lending Instruments, validation frameworks or testing methodologies).&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to prioritize business requirements and identify prerequisites, dependencies, and restrictions.&nbsp;</li><li>Advanced knowledge of the MS Office suite and Visio.
