Systems Operation Agent

Network Engineer Specialist

As a Business Automation Senior Specialist - Robotic Process Automation (RPA) &amp; AI Solutions, you will be placed in the Operational Effectiveness &amp; Organization business area and you will be working closely with various Business and Technology Units to monitor the daily operation of the Bank’s RPA solutions and coordinate the resolution of any issues / errors that might arise. You will be responsible for identifying candidate processes for automation via RPA technologies and preparing the necessary Process Design Document as well as the associated Business Case.
