As a Cards Systems Projects Specialist you will be placed in the Retail Banking Products Operations Management Unit, which is responsible for the systems development and relevant projects implementations supporting cards and personal loans products. SBLs Credit Specialist

As&nbsp;Recovery and Resolution Senior Specialist&nbsp;you will be part of the Capital, MREL, Recovery and Resolution Planning team and you will be responsible for the coordination, review, and submission of the annual Group’s Recovery Plan. What you will be doing&nbsp;<ul><li>Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand their business objectives and technical requirements.</li><li>Understand and review the business and application requirements and define the solution requirements, ensuring they are consistent with the Bank’s IT strategy and practices.</li><li>Create High-Level technical solution design and produce relevant documentation.</li><li>Coordinate and consolidate High-Level Estimations, based on the high-level business requirements.</li><li>Participate in projects estimation and planning, providing technical input and helping the team set realistic goals and timelines.</li><li>Collaborate with Project Manager to create project milestone planning.</li><li>Cooperate with software engineers, data engineers, system engineers, and business analysts to implement effective and efficient software or data management solutions applying DevOps methods and iterative delivery.</li><li>Assess the impact of changes and enhancements on the existing architecture.</li><li> </li></ul> What you need to have&nbsp;<ul><li>BSc in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or any other related discipline.</li><li>Understanding of software engineering principles and best practices for building modular and maintainable systems.</li><li>Experience in designing scalable and resilient systems that meet performance, security, and reliability requirements.</li><li>Experience in DevOps and Agile methods and practices, familiarity with data modelling techniques, database design, optimization, and query tuning.</li><li>Familiarity with one or more RDBMS like Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL.</li><li>Familiarity with architectural patterns like SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture), microservices design patterns, message brokers (e.g., Apache Kafka) and integration frameworks (e.g., Apache Camel).</li><li>Prior experience in a banking environment will be considered an asset.</li></ul>What we offer&nbsp;It’s all about our people.
