As Bank Financial Statements Team Leader, you will be part of Alpha Bank’s Financial Accounting Team and will be responsible for overseeing the preparation of the Bank’s Financial Statements according to the International Accounting Standards (IAS).&nbsp;&nbsp;To effectively fill this role, you will need to possess strong team management and communication skills, as well as critical thinking and complex problem-solving skills. Additionally, you should be committed to the achievement of the team’s and organization’s goals. &nbsp;What you will be doing&nbsp;<ul><li>Lead the financial reporting team of the Bank and Holding Companies, in terms of financial statements.</li><li>Review the accounting entries and prepare the Bank’s Annual Financial Statements, ensuring strong level of control is maintained.</li><li>Authorize Bank account reconciliations, to ensure that all transactions are accurately recorded and there are no discrepancies.</li><li>Check updates on Bank's general ledger, recording all financial transactions and ensuring they are correctly categorized and posted.</li><li>Run the analyses on financial data to identify trends, anomalies, or areas of concern and provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on the analysis of financial statements.</li><li>Cooperate effectively with the Statutory Auditors on matters arising during the audit process for the Bank's Financial Statements.</li><li>Cultivate a high-performance team, by inspiring the team while fostering a culture of empowerment, accountability, and inclusion.</li></ul> &nbsp;What you need to have&nbsp;<ul><li>	A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or in any other related field.</li><li>	A Master’s Degree in Finance, Economics or in any other relevant field is preferred.</li><li>	At least seven (7) years relevant experience in Financial, Regulatory or Risk Reporting or in Audit related services.</li><li>	A professional qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) will be considered an asset.</li><li>	Strong leadership and organisational skills.</li><li>	Outstanding communication and reporting skills.</li><li>	Excellent use of MS Office.</li><li>	Excellent command of the English language (both written and spoken).</li></ul>&nbsp;What we offer&nbsp;It’s all about our people. Bank Financial Statements Team Leader

The Functional Analysis Specialist will be joining the Deposits Domain of IT Core Banking Services Division of Alpha Bank S.A., which is responsible for expanding capabilities to the full set of applications that exist in a domain and can perform the functional analysis process on small scale requirements with the assistance of a more experienced colleague.Working closely with IT and Business stakeholders, the person chosen will participate in IT projects ensuring their successful execution in alignment with IT guidelines and methodologies and meeting IT and Business objectives.&nbsp; What you will be doing&nbsp;<ul><li>Translates business requirements to functional requirements, as an input to IT solutions design for a full set of applications that exist in a domain.</li><li>Cooperates effectively with the Senior Functional Engineering regarding the functional analysis process on small scale requirements.&nbsp;</li><li>Adjusts and/or assists on the design and testing of the IT systems to successfully fulfill needs of the Bank, using up-to-date technologies.&nbsp;</li><li>Creates detailed documentation regarding technical solutions, their scope and objectives, activities performed, and findings.</li><li>Executes functional testing and analyzes data to assess performance to specifications.</li><li>Supervises functional testing as well as and documentation activities, performed by the team of Functional Analysts.&nbsp;</li><li>Stays up-to-date with the industry technical and business trends, to support the improvement process of the Bank’s internal systems/applications.&nbsp;</li><li>Performs basic troubleshooting activities using available tools.</li></ul>&nbsp;What you need to have&nbsp;<ul><li>A Bachelor’s degree in science, Technology, Economics, Mathematics, Business Administration or in any other related discipline.&nbsp;</li><li>A minimum of 4 years professional experience in positions linked with Deposits&nbsp;and services and/or analysis and design of digital systems or validation process, validation frameworks or testing methodologies.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to deliver under tight and demanding deadlines.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to prioritize business requirements and identify prerequisites, dependencies, and restrictions.&nbsp;</li><li>Advanced knowledge of the MS Office suite and Visio. Functional Analysis Specialist
