We are looking for a highly skilled&nbsp;Procurement Specialist&nbsp;to join our team.Duties and responsibilities:•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Source and evaluate suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and reliability•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Conduct new business contracts and manage suppliers’ payment•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to secure the best value while mitigating risks.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Manage purchase orders and procurement documentation.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Collaborate with Line managers and teams to identify material needs and align procurement activities with project schedules.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Monitor supplier performance to ensure adherence to contract terms, quality standards, and delivery schedules.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Conduct market research to stay informed about trends, pricing, and supply chain challenges in the construction sector.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and safety standards in procurement processes.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Provide mentorship and guidance to junior procurement team members.Job qualifications and requirements:•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Minimum of 3-5 years of procurement experience, preferably in the Construction or Res or Facility Management industry•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Proficiency in procurement software and tools (e.g., SAP MM, Oracle, or similar)•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Excellent command of MS-Office Suite•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Understanding of procurement principles, sourcing strategies, and supply chain processes•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Familiarity with construction materials, equipment, and subcontracting processes•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Familiarity with ESG principles in procurement strategies, including sustainable sourcing and ethical vendor selection.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Strong negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Strong communication and interpersonal skills.&nbsp;The Company offers:•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;A competitive compensation package•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Private medical insurance•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Engaging and challenging tasks within large-scale projects•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Opportunities for continuous learning and professional growth•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;A positive and collaborative working environment•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Committed to providing a healthy and safe workplace for all team members.We are working together, committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment for all!Social Impact footprint:•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;We contribute to Greece's green transition!•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;We support Greek suppliers!•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;We achieve near-total recycling.
