Aktor Group of Companies&nbsp;is a leading player in the country’s infrastructure sector and delivers high-end services from an integrated portfolio of capabilities, including Construction, Real Estate, Renewables, Facility Management and Facility Participation.As one of Greece’s largest groups with 6,100 employees, our commitment is to build the infrastructure that empowers people and communities to thrive.We are looking for a highly skilled&nbsp;IFRS Reporting Specialist&nbsp;to join our team.Duties and responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements under IFRS.</li><li>Implement financial planning and analysis processes to support business decision making.</li><li>Ensure timely and accurate recording of transactions and account reconciliations.</li><li>Draft and review financial disclosures and accompanying notes.</li><li>Collaborate with internal departments and external auditors during financial audits.</li><li>Monitor and apply changes in IFRS standards and assess their impact on financial reporting.</li><li>Support the preparation of management reports and group reporting packages.</li><li>Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.</li><li>Work with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).</li></ul>Job qualifications and requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field\</li><li>At least 5 years of experience in IFRS Reporting with direct involvement in Infrastructure, RES, Real Estate, Construction and Facility Management.</li><li>Experience in “Big 4” Company will be considered as an asset&nbsp;</li><li>Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders</li><li>Excellent understanding of financial statements, cash flow and returns analysis, and accounting concepts</li><li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other ERP Systems (especially SAP).</li><li>Strong writing and presentation skills</li><li>Organizational skills &amp; decision-making ability</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a team environment</li></ul>&nbsp;The Company offers:<ul><li>A competitive compensation package</li><li>Private medical insurance</li><li>Engaging and challenging tasks within large-scale projects</li><li>Opportunities for continuous learning and professional growth</li><li>A positive and collaborative working environment</li><li>Committed to providing a healthy and safe workplace for all team members</li></ul>We are working together, committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment for all!Social Impact footprint:<ul><li>We contribute to Greece's green transition!</li><li>We support Greek suppliers!</li><li>We achieve near-total recycling. IFRS Reporting Specialist
