TERNA S.A., member of GEK TERNA GROUP S.A. is seeking a:Senior Mechanical Engineer for Hydroelectric ProjectMain responsibilities:<ul><li>Supervises and coordinates procedures related to the Mechanical sector, regarding selection of equipment for water turbines, dams, etc.</li><li>Prepares and reviews technical drawings, specifications and calculations for Mechanical equipment</li><li>Collects specifications for mechanical materials and equipment in collaboration with Procurement Department</li><li>Participates in the preparation and monitoring of Contracts, drafting of Bill of Quantities and Cost Estimate</li><li>Participates in preparation and monitoring of related contracts and contractual obligations of third parties (providers, subcontractors etc.)</li><li>Collaborates directly with the parties involved in the project (designers, suppliers, subcontractors, local bodies, etc.)</li><li>Provides technical guidance and support to project teams and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle</li><li>Prepares reports on weekly / monthly basis and keeps informed Project Manager about work progress</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>&nbsp;Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering</li><li>A Master’s Degree in the respective field of knowledge will be considered as an additional qualification</li></ul><ul><li>10+ years of relevant experience in hydraulic engineering and fluid mechanics</li><li>Very good knowledge of MS Project scheduling and AutoCAD design</li><li>Excellent command of spoken and written English</li></ul>Skills:<ul><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams</li><li>Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines</li></ul>The Company Offers:<ul><li>Opportunities for further development within Group</li><li>Health &amp; life Insurance plan</li></ul>
