Responsibilities:<ul><li>Preparation of Financial Statements, including Balance Sheet</li><li>Preparation of Annual Tax Returns (Forms N, E2, E3)</li><li>Preparation and submission of VAT returns and tax withholding statements</li><li>Stay up-to-date with&nbsp;myDATA, tax regulations, and changes in&nbsp;GAAP&nbsp;and tax laws</li><li>Oversee accounting entries such as revenue, expenses, payments, and receipts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial standards.</li><li>Prepare and manage complex balance sheets, conducting in-depth reviews to ensure financial accuracy, compliance, and alignment with organizational goals.</li><li>Ensure excellent knowledge and application of MyData regulations, assisting the team in staying compliant with Greek financial reporting standards.</li><li>Lead reconciliations across all accounting circuits, including Assets, Customers, Suppliers, Fixed Assets, and Inventories, identifying discrepancies and solving complex issues.</li><li>Manage and monitor the fixed assets register, ensuring correct reporting and depreciation schedules.</li><li>Drive participation in key financial projects, including system upgrades, financial audits, and process improvements.</li><li>Compile and present data for internal controls, supporting audit readiness and compliance with regulatory requirements.</li><li>Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records, ensuring documentation accuracy for all financial transactions and providing insights to senior management.</li></ul>Job requirements<ul><li>At least 5 years'&nbsp;experience in a similar position</li><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field</li><li>Excellent computer literacy, with experience in ERP systems, accounting software, and MS Office</li><li>Proficiency in&nbsp;Microsoft Excel (including data analysis, pivot tables, and advanced functions)</li><li>Very good knowledge of English&nbsp;(written and spoken)</li><li>Strong organizational, methodical thinking, and communication skills</li><li>A collaborative, team-oriented spirit</li></ul>Good to Have:&nbsp;<ul><li>Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is considered a plus</li><li>Familiarity with SAP will be highly advantageous</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive remuneration package</li><li>A modern and challenging environment</li><li>Personal development opportunities</li><li>Private Health Insurance on the Company’s group program</li><li>Discount policy on group services</li></ul>
